Great customer service.
They were very accommodating on all my needs, needed some extra pillows and another luggage holding table the front desk attendant, went out of the way to get one for me. I had a reservation for the wrong day and they arranged so I can have my room for the night that I needed it. The cleaning staff were real great and very efficient. Need to better on the Wi-Fii and get better TVs, but for the price you get excellent customer service and excellent clean rooms. Highly recommend it.

Red Roof Inn, Frontage Rd New London CT
This facility was dirty! There was drug activity in the parking lot. Several rooms were occupied by state subsidized homeless who were roaming the hotel parking areas consuming alcohol at all hours of darkness. The Red Roof Inn at Exit 82A Frontage Road, New London CT SHOULD be avoided if at all possible. I needed to be near the US Coast Guard Academy, however next time I will travel ANY mileage to get better accomodations before I will stay here!

Red Roof Inn New London
This hotel was fine for what i went for. Me and my girlfriend got it so we can go to Mohgan Sun which was no more than 10- 15 mins. away, which was great. The room was very clean other than that it was quite ordinary. It was a great price at $53.00 after taxes. The only thing that we didn't like was that there was no continental breakfast. That would have been nice. Other than that if you need a place to stay near either casino for a good price this would be a great place to go.

it was ok for 1 night
I booked the room to stay overnight to go to Mohegan Sun Casino instead of driving an hour and a half back home that night. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. The room on the other hand was nothing spectacular There was rust stains in the tub. stains on the carpet between the beds by the night stand.

we liked it
we spent most of the night at the casino....the hotel was within a resonable distance... the front desk people were very nice.we shopped at the nearby mall..{just a few blocks away}..the bed was confortable...overall we were very pleased...

Would not stay again !!!!1
One of the worst hotels. Won't put me on the 1st floor, I have bad knees. Room was very hot put air on when the temp was 20 degrees. Bed was soft and lumpy. Toliet did not flush well. Shower was terrible. Was not as clean as other hotels I stayed at. Did not sleep a wink should have drive back to Mass.

horrible
I stayed at this hotel as it was relatively close to the casinos. When I walked into the room which was supposed to be non-smoking, all I could smell was smoke. Looking at the walls I saw dirty light fixtures and the beds were very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel, spend a little more money and get something nicer.
