Perfect stay
Great experience. Clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. For the rate we paid, it was perfect. The only issue was that there was only one elevator and it was slow. We just used the stairs when we needed to though!

One night family function
Our room key was incorrectly programmed requiring another trip to the front desk. All else was excellent. I would recommend this hotel again. I was disappointed to find out at the front desk that I wasn't going to get any Marriott points since I booked the room through ORBITS. Shame on you Marriott!

mom home for Christmas
Great place to stay
My boys and myself stayed there for Christmas break. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. We got snowed in for a day and the pool and cable helped my boys from being bored. The staff helped me locate a pizza place that delivered even during a blizzard so we did not go hungry. There is a great shopping area just across the way that I discovered as well. [...] the breakfast person was great. She made sure that she got to know us and discovered what my boys liked and made sure they got it. I could not ask for better service. The pool was just the right size for my boys to swim in, but when there were a lot of children it was very loud for such a small area. There were not enough towels and the hotel was short so we had to use hand towels to dry. That was the only thing the hotel lacked but with everything else they offered I couldn't complain. I was supposed to have a blow dryer in my room and didn't but I am sure if I mentioned something the staff would have fixed that problem. In all we had a great trip with excellent service. [...] I got well more than my money's worth. I travel home to CT twice a year and have spent much more on other hotels and have gotten much less. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
There is a great shopping area and plenty of restaurants in a plaza across the street. We traveled to Waterbury and Southington to eat and shop before we discovered that all that we needed was across the street.

a perfect stay
Beautiful new hotel.... great bedding and decor.... continental bkfast area was clean and roomy and also stocked .... close proximity to a mall .... plenty of hotel parking .... would most definitley stay there another time if traveling in the area.
