Great Stay
I was skeptical to book with this place reading other reviews. The interior is very up-to-date. Microwave, frdige, and burners in rood. Very quiet. Temperpedic matresses. Free parking. Close to all attractions. One block from many restaurants. The staff member, Dave took very very good care of our family. When we could not find parking in the lot he took me out to a seperate section helped me park and told me this lot is for VIP guests. He also made the commment "Welcome home" when we got back to the hotel at the end of the day. The staff and hotel are 5 star in my opinion and I stay at a lot of hotels that claim they are 5 star. Thank you.

Great Family hotel
Perfect.Couldn't ask for better. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a light short out and they came up very promptly to fix it. Super comfy bed and fluffy thick towels. Having a kitchen with microwave, fridge and stove top meant we could have breakfast before we set out and the couch and TV set back in an alcove meant sleepers weren't bothered. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which is also nice. Breakfast buffet available at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay there again! Quiet, attractive neighbourhood and a pleasant walk to the Metro-about 6 minutes

Great location
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful upon arrival. Didn't see too much of them afterwards. Don't expect to be able to park-very limited. Added another $140.00 to cost for parking(for 5 days). Not too far from Dupont Circle Metro stop. Historical district, lots of local eating places. Great to have access to microwave, refrigerator and mini-stove. Safeway not far so getting supplies was easy. Found shower tile a little slippery so be careful.

FAMILY WEEKEND
THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY SAID THERE WAS PARKING BUT THEIR YARD WAS VERY SMALL. PARKING WAS FIRST COME.

Great find
Loved this very comfortable hotel. Having the kitchen makes a big difference with kids. Only downside is no bathtub but my kids are old enough to shower so not a big deal.

great value
great safe and friendly location. Excellent staff went out of their way to accomodate you. Bathroom and kitchen and room very clean .unfortunately the bed sheets had blood stains on them,not sure from what but they should have been removed.

Perfect vacation
We had an awsome view from the 8th floor. Windows almost all the way around. Restaurant with full bar down stairs. Staff was great. We left a cell phone when we checked out and called them and they sent a staff member to retrieve the phone, and they held it at the front desk untill we made back. Night Life was just a short cab ride away..

Good location
The hotel is close to Dupont Circle. A lot of restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and not very noisy. I would stay there again. Not too far from the metro.
