We stayed at the Park Hyatt for a special birthday getaway weekend and the entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. Since I called in advance to let them know it was a birthday, when we arrived they upgraded us to a larger top floor room and delivered an apple pie with a handwritten birthday card! The room was modern and elegant and quite comfortable. The little touches like the plush robes and slippers and turn down service were the icing on the cake. The doormen and hotel staff were incredibly courteous, professional and extremely personable. Each employee seemed quite knowledgeable and happy to be working there. One night after being out all evening we came back and had hot tea and a night cap in the hotel lounge. Even that casual drink was presented with the utmost class and care. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay here and would definitely return on our next visit to the DC area. Especially for that amazing tub and shower!

Excellent Hotel, great staff
This hotel is located just blocks from Georgetown in NW Washington DC. The hotel staff is very courteous and extremely helpful in anything you may want or need. The on-site restaurant has great food, fantastic wine list and knowledgeable staff. We will be back here on our next trip to DC.

Great spot
This hotel is in a very convenient location and the staff are great. Very attentive and friendly. The restaurant was superb for Sunday brunch. They even have complimentary bicycles that you can take to see the town in a different way. We were able to cover the whole of the National Mall in just a couple of hours. The roo was clean and comfortable, and appointed tastefully. The only hassle was we had a long, winding walk from the elevator to our room. Easy to get lost. Would definitely stay here again

Courtesy, Kindness, and Efficiency Rules
The Park Hyatt Washington was awesome. The staff was responsive, helpful and courteous. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and it was very much appreciated. We will stay there again!

nice getaway
the park hyatt was a nice hotel -not great but good. if you're looking for a nice quiet hotel in the west end of washington then this is a good choice. the location was good if you don't want to be in the busy downtown area. the main downside was the cost of the dining - but with georgetown close by there are many other options within walking distance.
