Thoroughly pleasant experience
Excellent location. The superb service from the front desk, valet, bellman, maids and restaurant wait staff is striking. The room was bright and spacious and the bed was wonderfully comfy! I did not want to leave!

In Hotel
Not most convenient, but can also use wireless internet in the Daily Grill if you don't wish to pay for internet in your room. ---Great dining nearby incl. 'Clydes' on M St. famous for its scrumptious crab everything!

Spend the extra and stay somewhere else
The hotel needs an update "BIGTIME". Was locked out of my room for an hour because the card reader door lock was broken. Their card key system is from the 80's. Static electricity renders the card useless. Enjoyed making multiple trips to the front desk to get it reprogramed. The one thing positive thing, is the beds are very comfortable.

"This and That"
We stay at this motel frequently and have been very pleased with our past experiences. This visit was a bit diffenent . . . 1. Reserved a king size bed and got a queen sized bed. 2. The TV was so far away from the bed, you needed binoculars to see it. The TV reception was also bad. 3. The bottom sheet on the bed was too small and kept coming off - nice mattress pad. On a positive note . . . 1. The room was clean and the maid service exceptional. 2. We ate at the restuarant most days and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. 3. When we needed a ride to the airport, the motel provided this. We truly appreciated this service. 4. All of the employees were great. 5. Ice and soda were available on all floors - wonderful!

Decent Hotel Room in Heart of Georgetown
Location was great, but room was very small and a little threadbare. Bathroom needs updating and felt old. I only stayed there for less than 8 hours - arrived late and needed to leave early, so it was fine for that purpose and was in a great location.

Cozy luxury in the big city
The Georgetown Inn's best feature is its location in the heart of historic Georgetown, within walking distance to the historic Holy Trinity church, fine dining, flagship store shopping, etc yet also close enough to big city D.C. via the clean, roomy, Circulator bus route (or by private taxi). The room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant/bar very nice.

Pleasantly surprised!
The hotel has a great location right around the corner from Georgetown University. The receptionist greated us warmly and our luggage was immediately delivered to the room. The room was larger than expected, quiet very clean with 2 queen beds. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel, the staff was very professional, polite and helpfull. It was so relaxing and just nice. The checkout was quick and the car was delivered without delay for us to drive back home. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Georgetown University.
