Husbands Birthday Getaway
The Hotel was very beautiful. the room was MORE than I expected. It was very spacious! However, we did not enjoy being awakened by the loud bulldozers outside @ 7am. I thought it was thundering! Also, I was not pleased w/the restaurant experience. We dined @ Michelle's in the hotel and when I made the reservation I informed them that it was my husbands birthday and no one even wished him a "happy birthday."

overbooked??? who knows they wouldnt say
booked on orbitz months ago, dover downs called said for an unnamed reason we could stay there and had to check into hampton inn on them. that was a nice gesture, but i didn't intend on spending my anniversary in a lesser quality hotel, which is why i booked dover downs. poor communication with staff when asked for reservation details at alternate hotel. felt like i was getting the run around. hampton inn at least had very nice staff, although not as clean as i like, (toilet even overflowed). DD did give me a comp dinner at garden cafe but our waitress brought the wrong entree twice and messed up our to go order all because she wouldn't write anything down. food= diner like.

Comfortable Casino
Nice rooms and lots of slots. Very clean. Restaurants on location were less than spectacular - very odd menu selections with the combination of sushi, Italian and American comfort food at Michele's. Overall the room was great, the food not so great.
