Unsafe and Overpriced Motel Room

The ad online did not say that it is a motel. On arrival at Atlantic Inn there were 5 men in the parking lot drinking straight from a bottle of jack daniels. On entering the lobby there was a party going on in a meeting room just behind the lobby desk. The room I got #112 was directly across from the lobby/meeting room and the music from the party was so loud that the room was vibrating. The door had no security latch. The bedding was worn and raggedy, the room had an old musty smell even though it was non-smoking. The door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in or banged in at some point -- so did all the other room doors that I passed. I checked in at around 7:00pm and checked out at 10:00pm as I could not relax because of the loud music and I was concerned for my safety as they no security latch on the door and there were men milling around the motel.
