Never Again
when we entered the first room they gave us, the beds were pulled away from the walls, carpet pulled up and a hole in the drywall with black mold everywhere from what appereared to be water damage. We told the recepsionist at the front and she said "O the people before must of done that", shrugged her shoulders and gave us another room. Later on that night we noticed they had went ahead and rented that same nasty room out to someone else. Its a place to stay nothing fancy by anymeans.

Good stay!
The rooms comfortable and spacious and the rate for a room was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Just wish we could have checked in the room earlier than 3:00 PM. The location is great, not in a congested area.

Unbeatable location for the price
The stay at the Quality Inn was awesome , It was walking distance from the beach , 1/2 mile to the board walk . I would for sure go back and stay at same Hotel, The people were very friendly and helpful

Beach Getaway
The motel is on Rt 1 about 2 miles from the ocean. I found that staying away from the beach and paying for parking seaside was less expensive than staying at a hotel or condo on the ocean. The Quality Inn was nice, but the bathroom was small with bare amenities (no shelf space by the sink). The breakfast bar was adequate, but nothing special.

I found the Cosmopolitan Grill at 10 Wilmington Ave, Rehobeth Beach to be a good place for a cashual dinner.

Good Value
This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in the area. It was clean, neat, and nice. The breakfast was very rich. The staff was kind. Also, the location was excellent because it was right in Rehoboth beach (hence close to downtown activities, shops, restaurants), as well as a short walk away from the beach, and a short drive away from outlet centers.

The hotel is located not only very close to downtown Rehoboth Beach, but also a short distance away from the beach and stateparks. Also, the shopping centers are only a short drive away. The area is full of restaurants and bars.

Really enjoyed this hotel
The room was very nice. We had trouble with the heating unit and were switched immediately to an alternate room across the hall. The breakfast in the morning was the best I've ever experienced and included a station to make your own waffles. Very complete, clean and welcoming!

Fantastic family getaway
The experience was great! My children enjoyed the indoor pool because after a hot day on the beach, an indoor pool was a relief from the hot sun. The room was great with two TVs. We had fun walking to and from the beach. We loved it!

Fun 4th of July
Good location, right off the highway-felt safe when leaving the car and going to car- parking lot was well lit- an interesting detail about the room, there was what seemed like a 'peephole' in the wall over the TV, for a camera, perhaps? also hotel needs to update the TV so that DVDs can be watched-

Disappointed
Disappointed rating of hotel, not AAA quality. Rooms musty and not very clean. Carpet yelled germs as well as stained sofa. Just did not look appealing. The breakfast was limited and flies all over boiled eggs and anything left uncovered. Out of breads, fruit (2 apples left) sure was not the picture shown in your TV ads. The room was very small for the amount of persons having breakfast. Our channel control did not work. We were asked to bring to front desk and given another which they said was their last one and they did not know if it worked.
