Excellent Location
Stayed here five days and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, The facility itself is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff seems to be exceptionally customer oriented. Would definitely opt to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Flea Infested, disgusting motel
I would not advise anyone to stay at this hotel under any circumstances. My room was infested with fleas. The room was gross and dated, walls were brown and looked water stained. Completely overpriced!!! The amount they charge here was outrageous. It should be less then half the money for the quality you receive.

Clean but very small.
We traveled to DE for the wedding of my best friends daughters wedding. The room was functional for our purpose as we were only in the room to change for the wedding and come back to sleep and check out in the morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but, I don't think think I have ever been in such a small room. Literally there was just enough room to walk around the bed. But , as I said, it was clean and comfortable and we only stayed 1 night.

Still Sleepless in Seattle
No Rest for the Tired
This hotel seemed at first to be what it seemed to be- a family value hotel- not really upscale facilities but the amenities (pool, internet, good breakfast etc) seemed to make up for it. Problem was being woken up two mornings in a row around 6 am by people in the room next door who could be clearly heard through the connecting door. Even though the hotel was not full- why do they put people right next to one and other? I don't even think these neighboring people were being that noisy- but with badly insulated walls and even worse- the sound coming though connecting doors- there was no restful nights to be found here in Dela-where? The staff however were very very nice.
