Washington St Ale House was amazing. Food was good alot of choice of beer.

Nice stay
The hotel room was just a little small because we were right by the stairs, but overall, a newly finished room and very clean. We had a room that looked right into the roof air handling unit and thought it was going to noisy, but didn't hear anything. It was nice that they gave us free parking and I would stay there again if I was going to Wilmington.

Nice hotel, lousy location
This location in the business district was deserted and a little seedy on a Saturday night. The staff was bizarrely unfriendly. that said, the rooms were very nice and very clean.

Harry's Savoy was an incredible steak house, get the prime rib.

Pleasant stay
Quick check in and check out. Arrived late at night, but there were a couple venues open for a meal at that hour to cater to us. The Washington Ale House and Presto Coffee Bistro were right around the corner from our hotel. Would definitely stay there again when stopping in Wilmington.

I found the entrire staff most courteous and helpful. The hotel while somewhat small was right in the center of town close to all conveniences. The continental breakfast was nice.
