Fine
I was in town for a quick overnight trip. Hotel was fine but clearly was a bit tired and needs to be "refreshed" and modernized. Great looking pool and conveniently located to shopping and fast food. Breakfast was a bit lacking in quality and charm. Overall ok but needs work. Fine for a quick one night trip and good value.

Great sleep!
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was great. no fitness equipment on sight so a little misleading there. you have to pay extra and travel to location behind hotel to workout. great location for traveling the area, easy to get to and from. would stay here again.

Quality thats not so quality
The front desk service was horrible. There was a power outage and yes I know these things happen, but the way management handled the situation was unprofessional. Due to the reason that I booked through a third party. They couldnt comp me for any of the troubles I went thru. Will never do business with them again. [...]

OK, but will not stay again
Had reason to move couch in room and found it had probably not been cleaned in a year. Hair in the shower drain. An employee named [...]was in the breakfast area, hacking and sneezing near the food and when he received a call, he turned down the TV and then left with no regard for the guests. Reception and departure were OK, but nothing special.

Wilmington De quality inn
Hotel was a little far from office, but could not do much better. The room was nice but a little warn. Toilet took special technique to get flushed

A Good Place to Stay
I got in very late (5:00am), but the desk personnel were ready for me and wafted me to my room with efficiency and dispatch. When I had trouble managing the TV, the person sent to help was professional and courteous. At checkout, I got good directions to the place I had to go next. A generally cheerful and hospitable property.

great value (cost of room and b'fast). place being renovated (no ice machine in my area and reg box tv with limited channels). close to Phil and Longwood Gardens and Del Park race track
