Staff worked hard during busy holiday

This Hyatt is a great facility. It was very crowded for Easter Weekend, but they had plenty of staff on hand to take care of their guests. It was too bad you couldn't use the pool at the vacation club property because of the holiday. I would like to have known that when making the reservation. The fire pit is a fun touch if you are traveling with kids to roast marshmallows. We were very disappointed with the Tarpon restaurant. The martini was served half full and the oysters need a new shucker. They were very gritty. Overall, I would recommend to others.

average family getaway

the outdoor food by the pool was fantastic; good price and more than you can eat at one sitting. The food inside was not so good and overpriced. The layout and decor was beautiful. The wonderful view you were supposed to get was not so beautiful. The worst part of the stay was the price per day and resort fees...too much for what you received. Not even free internet access.

Fantastic place to stay w/private island beach

This is the second time we have stayed at this Hyatt. They greet you at the front desk with mimosa's and a big smile. It is a beautiful hotel, with the most comfortable beds and rooms. They have there own private island beach and they take you over by boat every hour. There are three wonderful pools, one kids with a big water slide, an adults only pool with the sound of waterfalls all around. The other pool is a cold pool with a beautiful waterfall. There are fountains and waterfalls all over the property. They have a climbing rock, fire pit and even a hammock to just relax. There are plenty of places to sit outside that are secluded and private. We had a balcony overlooking the water.

Wonderful SW Florida Getaway

My husband and I recently booked a trip to the Hyatt Coconut Point to spend some much needed time escaping the hustle and bustle of big city life. We had a wonderful experience at the resort, and in the area in general, and will definitely return again. The location was great...very close to local shopping, and within reasonable distance from both Sanibel Island and Marco Island (we visited both).

Exceeded my expectations

Bonita Springs is NOT a tourist hotspot, and that's precisely why I chose it. The resort is elegant, comfortable, and it doesn't feel crowded; Perfect for someone who wants to relax and unwind. I especially liked the connection to the coconut plantation for some fun at the lazy river. No hidden fees. The pool with the cascade was extremely fun to swim in. And the fact that all the pools are open 24 hours is a HUGE plus! Both restaurants have great food, and a bar. If you have the option, definitely go for the "Executive Corner" room. You'll enjoy two views with floor to ceiling windows and two balconies! Beautiful sunrise scenery. Oh, and yes, the room was impeccable. The staff was EXTREMELY pleasant. Everyone's happy and discrete. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay (within that area of FL).

Great getaway!

Hotel stay was great, rooms were nice and clean daily. Hotel staff very friendly, what I like most of all was the pools and the access to go to the Coconut Planation pools and the lazy river. Food was a little pricey. I would certainly refer friends and family to this hotel. I would also go back in the future.
