Disappointed
I decided to take my husband for his birthday weekend to this hotel. It looked beautiful online. The personal was very RUDE and the pool was under construction. Will not go back again.

Could be better.
Visiting with my grand-daughter from University of Miami. Location was ok but traffic made it a difficult drive. We were told we were upgraded when we arrived, disappointed in the room. No pictures on the wall, very poor light in bathroom, unable to see to apply make-up. Overall an average place, expected much more for a 4* hotel. Staff very friendly and accomadating.

Very nice hotel all staff helpful. Rooms are clean, we had a Studio room which also had a washer and dryer. Nice view of the boats if your room faces over the pool. Close to Coco Walk Shopping. Wood stay again.

ok, not great
only reason to stay here is really the location. its nice enough, clean, great restaurant. but, if youre used to better service, this will be tough. had to call twice for room cleaning earlier, the wireless connecrtion NEVER worked, the staff was either very helpful or not at all. the valet area constantly clogged with cars because its too small. Nobody knows your name, there's a minibar with no lists, prices of anything. just ok, good price if you can overlook the shortcomings. Not for me, I ptobably wouldnt go back.

OK place to stay
Stayed here based on reviews. Was expensive for a place with no frills. We had to valet our car, that was a pain. The pool was nice but closed at dusk, makes no sense if people are attending a conference or sight seeing during the day. Location was pretty convenient. Did appear pretty clean. Was safe as key card was required to ride the elevator.

Don't expect to rest
It was a business/pleasure trip. A loud, shrill alarm sounded at app 3:15 AM. We thought it was a fire alarm. It was the air conditioning unit. It stopped after about 2 minutes...just long enough to wake us. It started up again about 1/2 hour later. We had to change rooms at app 4:15 AM. Needless to say we were exhausted the next day. The hotel DID offer us free brunch the next morning...but we had to be in the dining area 10 min after they offered it to us...closing time. We had just awakened after the 'alarming' night. Basically they told us "tough luck". We won't be going back there.

"Fantastic family getaway"
The room was great for 3 people, very quiet and restful and near to great malls and good restaurants. The only point I didn't like was the room cleaning....

Small pool that was closed... small bar that was empty. Nice location, decent room (definitely get an ocean view or stay at a cheaper place...)
