Relaxing Stay
I arrived at the Grove Isle at the end of November for a short get away and enjoyed my entire stay. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. The pool area was comfortable, as was the small clearings to sit by the water. The food was quite good, too. Lastly, the deep tissue massage I received at the spa was great. I will certainly be returning for another get away.

Real cool experience - you get what you pay for
My stay was totally awesome the only comment I would have if any would be that the Hotel building and interiors look a bit outdated - they might use an upgrade but otherwise the service was great - the location just perfect and to top it all very polite staff. My 1 year old enjoyed the most and pool was the best part - views to die for :)

Forget It
Not worth it
Skip the Grove Isle. The pool was FREEZING cold! Not heated as they said. When we got there, the manager said that the room was water-damaged and that we'd be better off in a suite hotel because we had kids and the suite hotel was more centrally located. She said that the Grove Isle Hotel was more of a romantic spot. The substitute hotel was not as good, and we had to complain. The next day, we got into the hotel, and we got hit with a $25 resort fee. You have got to be kidding me. We complained to the manager and got the fee waived. We did get a complimentary brunch, but we shouldn't have had to negotiate for our rights and listen to all that sales talk about how the other substitute hotel was better.

Affordable relaxation & gourmet cuisine
Relax in the spa, sunbathe by the pool with a cool margarita, dine in the moonlight against the smooth lapping of the bay waters or in the quiet of your room or verandah. Something for the very young and us less young. Peaceful and not far from the best of the haute couture in Miami

Great Service! Expensive Extras!
