Love Courtyard Marriott Ft. Lauderdale
I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriott several times and have been totally pleased with the pleasant and helpful staff that works gathered there. It's so nice to be recognized as a return guest and to be welcomed so fully. My first experience there was with the Assistant Mgr. (Ryan) who was so helpful and accomodating with my room and other needs. But truthfully the majority of the other is also so pleasant and really seem to enjoy their jobs and working for Marriott. Although most of the staff was very pleasant and nice, the housekeeping staff was not friendly at all. Overall however I am very satisfied with the quality service and value that Marriott continues to provide me.

The Courtyard by Marriott Cypress Creek
the hotel was clean but me and my wife was very up set we were given a room with a bad view facing the roof top, after going down star and requesting to be move to other room we were give other room also facing the roof on 4th floor and bed was very hard and we both had back pain s the next day this made our trip not so good, we paid lots of money to stay at a good hotel and was very unhappy with what we paid for it was very,very bad.

Very nice
The staff were really concerned that we were comfortable snd wanted to accomadate our requests in every way .. will stay with this Mariott in the future and know it will be quite, clean and generally quite pleasant.

Trip for a warm getaway. Would have liked a better on site restaurant. The hotel is comparable to other Courtyard's I have stayed at.

Ask locals other than the workers at the front desk. As all the recommendations they gave us were to more expensive restaurants.

The sad getaway girl
Didn't match expectations
The refrigerator was very noisy. No flat screen television. The patio was very small and you couldn't step out on it. The bed was comfortable and there was an ok view of the courtyard. I was right next to the elevator. I had a much better hotel at the price of 129 versus 154. The hotel looked old and needed to be refurbished.

Northeast SNOW get-a-way ! ! !
This hotel was exactly what I expected for the value. Close to I-95 for easy access to everything we needed to do. I wish this hotel had a WOW! factor, but it was just your average room, average amenities, no one eating at it's restaurant. Minimal decorations in the lobby. Towels extremely thin, but clean. Very friendly staff. Upon arrival the older style TV's remote did not work, but was rectified immediately. I still like Marriott.
