Great Experience all around!
The concierge was wonderful as we arrived at 3:45 a.m. form a delayed flight. They took care of all our needs very promptly and professionally. The rooms were beautiful with high quality furniture and fixtures. The pool areas was gorgeousness and the restaurant on site was very good and reasonably priced.

Happy in Fort Myers
Rooms were clean and maid service was quick. Everyone was very courteous. I would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that there was no hot tub/spa and the pool was outside-but heated so maybe that is not an issue - especially for kids.

Excellent Stay!
Extremely helpful staff, very well run hotel. The shuttle drivers are all extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent ammenities, clean, high-quality hotel. Willing to accomodate all requests that were made.

Absolutely Beautiful
The Crown Plaza Fort Myers was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was wonderfully kept, towels were always available. Front Desk was very helpful. The only down side was that there was no tiki bar in the pool area, but you could buy drinks from Shirtless Joe's and bring outside. I did find out by a taxi driver that the bus runs from the Bell Towers Mall to the beach, unfortunately I found this out on our very last day. I would definately return to the Fort Myers Area.

Great shopping area and resturants
The location was great! Great shopping just across the street. Huge Movie theater next door. Really nice pool area with water fall. This was a perfect location for me

we stayed eight days everything went smoothly, room service was great n timely, not much of a gym but the people where nice had a slight key problem but that was also fixed nice and timely... loved it a lot of walking distance shopping too

Spring training getaway
Friendly staff. Shuttle service is great to the airport and ball parks. Had the inside news on the Twins / Red Sox spring training. Shoeless Joes had great food and kept us informed on all the hometown team baseball, basketball, hockey action with all the big screens tuned to all the games.

This is a perfectly situated hotel, close to shopping, the beaches and old Fort Myers. This is my third stay there in 4 months and I will return again. The rooms are nicely appointed with upgraded linens and furnishings. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would add is a mini-bar....
