Hot room
Room was hot! Did not cool down until after midnight. Poor insulation on the afternoon sun side....

Hot room
Room was hot! Did not cool down until after midnight. Poor insulation on the afternoon sun side. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Watch charges. I was billed twice. [...]charged more than Best Western's bill. Wish I could have had the BW rate instead of [...]

Missing One Important Element
Everything was good and as I expected, with exception of the in-room tv. It cut off the top and bottom of the picture, with no ability to change it. There was no on screen guide to let you know where the channels were, and what was playing; and there was no DVD player.

Savage mom of five
Nice hotel
My husband and I has stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time though, the room wasn't cleaned very well. The trash had not been taken out and there was an empty bag of potato chips that was under the chair. We let the front desk know about it when we checked out and they were extremely friendly and very apologetic. Other than that, the rooms are gorgeous and very cozy!

Staff was outstanding. Love the smoke free environment - room was very clean, including linens, etc.

Father of Twins
A good hotel for a good price
The hotel is nice and newly built. This Best Western is the only hotel in this area that actually has suites (a door that separates the bedroom from the living room). This is important for me as a father of younger children who go to bed much earlier than I do. They can sleep and I can stay up and watch TV or work. The breakfast bar is a little lacking with sparse accommodations for cuisine options. On Saturday they had eggs, biscuits, gravy and sausage for the hot options and 3 types of cereal (one non-sugary) available. The good news is that you can fork out a little cash and walk down to Cracker Barrel if you want. All in all, it was a good price for the nice accommodations.
