Airport location. Downtown Jacksonville, Alltel Stadium, Jacksonville Landing and Convention Center nearby. FREE Airport Shuttle. Restaurants within walking distance. Nice drive to the beaches. All Comfort Suites are smoke free.

Customer Service Lacking

Although I was comfortable in the hotel, my stay was over shadowed by the lack of customer care. Breakfast was good. There were a number of items to choose from but the matrons in the area were not friendly. We did not swim in the pool either because it appeared to be poorly maintained. Our time in Jacksonville and St. Augustine made the trip wonderful. The attractions are worth the trip.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

Choose a hotel close to the beach as all the attractions are in the area. The price for these may be a little higher but worth being closer to the beach and other activities.

Great location

This was the first time I had ever stayed at the Comfort Suites and I was looking for a place close to the airport and easy to get to. I was completely surprised by the size of the room and the spaciousness of the arrangement of the furniture etc. The location was near the airport and very easy to get there the next morning. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!
