The hotel was a bit shabby, with no iron or hair dryer in the room and no coffee maker. Paint and carpet rather worn.

We thought the hotel was great, And the breakfast food was very well put out and good the front dest people were great. we had a king room and thought the TV setup could have been better set up for 2 room situation. Otherwise a great hotel value for the cost.

I picked this hotel because it was 5 minutes from the business I was visiting. As soon as I got there the staff was very friendly (it was very late in the evening). I forgot a few toiletries and the clerk promptly and cheerfully provided them. Checkin only took about 5 minutes and was quite pleasant. The room was very clean and neat with no smokey smell, complete with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very good and the staff was always friendly. Will stay there again for sure!

Hotel was very clean and well organized! Staff was very helpful. Had a very nice experience! Would come back.

Good pleasant 1 week stay. -Mold/Mildew in air conditioning unit in room...so when the fan was on full blast(a/c was not on coldest setting)...my nose was running from the allergy. Turned fan off or on low...and there was less running of the nose. Visible formation of mold/mildew in a/c vent cover. Inform front desk and she acknowledged it. -Shower facet dripped the whole week...it was more of small running water and not an occasional drip. Informed front desk and she acknowledged it. Aside from the above 2 things, the experience is excellent. Breakfast is decent. Outside swimming pool is decent. Close to major highway.

The first night of my 6 night stay I had an issue, the new manager was very accommodating and took care of the issue immediately. This was my trip to see my son before he left for "Afganistan". It was the first time to see my daughter-in - law and grandchildren in a year. There were a couple of other issues but over all the hotel is very nice.

The hotel was clean and the employees nice. Great location and worth the [...]price. I did let the manager know when leaving to get the tv fixed but it was provider not hotel. Shower pressure a little weak and make sure shower for pool working. But none of these things would make me not stay there again. And FREE WiFI

The air went out in our room, we were moved to a smaller room when we paid for a suite. Both ice machines were out as well.

Staff was very nice and even let me use their front desk computer to print my boarding pass when the complementary one wasn't working. Hotel was older but bed was comfortable and I never heard my neighbors.

I along with a few of my shipmates came to Jacksonville, Fl. for a long awaited port visit. The exterior gave the hotel a very nice look, the rooms were very spacious and they offered two beds and a pullout couch. In the first room we noticed after a few days that there we're bugs (roachs) in the bathroom and the bath tub never stopped dripping. We changed rooms, and the next room had molding missing in the bath room and wasn't as nice as the first. A friend that was staying on another floor had a bathtub that wouldn't drain and then she was moved to another room that had a toilet that would not flush.
