The hotel was very nice the pool area was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable beds. Good location and love the coffee shop in the lobby!

Does the job, but no more
As a business traveller it was decidedly average and not up to the standard expected of a Crowne Plaza hotel in say the Uk. the rooms were fine, but the breakfast was not great and the bar lacked any character. This might work for a young family but not for me, as the indoor/outdoor pool dominates.

Comfort Zone
CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL
I stayed in the hotel while visiting friends in Jacksonville, but I was not very happy with their service, I have one of my clothing missing and they have not found it, no one can tell how they can be able to find it, despite of several times I followed and asked for the status. All staff sounded to be not very concerned, althoguh its only a piece of clothing , it is a matter of principle that when you stay in a hotel, at least you dont expect that someone would take something like a piece of sleepwear!!! Another thing is that, they are not offering a service of continental breakfast despite that the hotel is quite pricey, staff overall are not accomodating.

There are several major stores about 5 minutes and you can walk it, you can buy stuff that you need that you may have forgotten. There is also several breakfast restaurant and they are very reasonable.

Picky Traveler
Very nice accomodations
The staff front desk staff was very professional and checked me in quickly and efficiently. My guest room was very comfortable...especially the bed (Aahhh!). Had a great nights sleep each night. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing given the price.... not much variety...each day...same stuff. No juice is included w/the buffet...$2 per glass...no complimentary refills. However, I will say that the gentlemen who made the omelettes were fabulous! Older woman who worked in the coffee shop/internet cafe...very personable and helpful. Check out was speedy as well. Very convenient to the airport, shopping, and restaurants

Wedding in Gainesville
Crown Plaza at Jacksonville Airport
We were in for a wedding in Gainesville so we stayed near the Airport. The bed was great BUT couldn't sleep because the A/C was very noisy... so what good is the bed.....

Back in Ohio
Quiet Location - Nice Pool Area
Great Location to the airport - rooms were nice and clean. Pool area was wonderful for kids. The only thing negative was the hotel was not very crowded so staffing was at a minimum. Great shopping center on other side of highway with lots of choices for shopping and dining. Overall a pretty good deal!

A beautiful hotel
This trip was the first time that I flew on a plane. I loved it. The Crown Plaza was a very pleasant experience. I loved being able to use the provided computers to check my emails. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. The ONLY complaint I have is that it would have been nice to have free refrigerators in our room.
