why not to stay
requested non smoking, got over smoked. even the whole 3rd floor stunk. had to wash and air out everything when we got back. the room itself needed a good cleaning and a new mattress. Room 312.. Also, walk in customers were quoted a rate nearly half of what i paid. i would like a response to that issue.

While visiting Jacksonville, I met with a real estate agent and visited models homes on two days. The other days the staff was extremely helpful in identfying tourist areas to visit, giving me directions (I did not rent a car), and identifying good restaurants nearby. The staff was polite and extremely hospitable.

Good location
Pretty good place. Clean with a kitchenette. Beds are hard/stiff. When i was there there was a train that came by at 3:00ish AM every day and blasted it's horn. Close to the harbor/boardwalk which is pretty cool for a morning run or nite walk. The beds were the biggest complaint but many people prefer stiff beds.

enjoyed stay
clean room studio style, do not expect room service unless you personnally request such as changing sheets, towels nicely equipped with microwave, fridge, utensils and basic household items, iron .couldnt find a hairdryer. shower was clean and toilet bowl would recommend it cons no hairdryer no internet access unless you pay seperate fee

cummers museum. take skywalk (50cents) then riverside trolley(adolloar) . has beautiful gardens and some great landscape paintings. free for students . five dollars for adults

This hotel was ok. Not the cleanest or most up to date. The staff was very friendly and the kitchen would be nice if you were staying for awhile. It was decent for the price.
