Plain, but good value
The rooms and decor is pretty ordinary. The basic setup is for longer stays, so you don't get daily full room cleaning. Consequently the rooms are not impeccably clean. Both rooms I had were basically clean, but had some spots on the carpet and upholstery. If you want the Ritz, you;ll have go to and pay for the Ritz. The price is low - under $50 online, and if you stay a week it is even less, so I consider it a very good value.. The rooms include a small cooktop and full sized fridge.

NOT an Extended Stay Deluxe
The room was OK but there is no stove and there are really not sufficient dishes to easily cook a full meal. I would have liked a way to divide the sleeping area from the living area. Good extended stay but NOT deluxe. The staff is SUPERB! Good location with shopping and restaurants close by. In a quiet office area.

Good for the price and location.
Overall the experience was good, a little bit of a funky smell. Nothing a good candle couldn't solve.

Wife looking for a decent hotel bed
Skimpy breakfast and horrible bed!
When I climed into bed, a broken spring stuck through the edge of the bed and scratched my leg. I did report it to the desk for repair. Also, the "Continental Breakfast" consisted only of coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and grits. On what continent is that considered breakfast?

The Pattay Thai Restaurant is about 4 miles away, and it has very good Thai food.

Good Value
The hotel was clean and the room setup was good. They fit a lot of amenities into the rooms. It was quiet outside the hotel with a nice area to walk. Great location, just a few minutes from a HUGE shopping area. I am planning on staying there again.

Nice Place for the cost
Nice sized "studio" room with full-size fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Great for the price!

Great place!
Very nice, safe room for the money. Nice staff. Easy check in and out. Great location, though difficult to initially locate hotel due to the small street sign of the street it is located on (the hotel is located back inside an office park). If you miss it you have to travel 1-2 miles on busy Southside blvd and then turn around. I had issues with the commode not flushing properly, notified front staff, who then notified maintenance...but it was never resolved :( Front staff apolegetic and offered discount for next stay which I thought was appropriate. I have noticed that these days, customer service, has taken a turn where the consumer and repeat business are not priority! Not the case with this hotel....they seemed genuinely concerned about my experience :)

When traveling to this hotel, make sure you get very clear directions from the front staff. I used a GPS and because of the location of the hotel ended up passing it twice in both directions. The hotel is located in an office park, not visible from the highway. The street sign is very small and hard to read also from the main highway.
