One night comfort.

My wife and I were there because of a death in the family. What we needed was a front desk person with a smile and a kind word. We got just that. We needed a comfortable and quiet room. We got that. We needed a good and healthy breakfast. We got that. I would deffinitely stay here again. The young man at the front desk was all that could be expected.

UNHAPPY PLATIUMN CUSTOMER

I stay in Holiday Inns 100 nights a year around the world in non smoking rooms. This hotel charged me $150.00 non smoking fee BEFORE I ARRIVED and would not release that charge even though I cancled my stay before arriving. (Emergency Hospital visit). They didn't care and told me that as well. Contacted Holiday Inn and told me they didn't care either. No problem, if they don't care about a Holiday Inn platiumn reward points member I can spend my nights in a Marroitt. Same price for Fairfield better service. This HOTEL NON SMOKER ROOM CHARGE POLICY AND POOR HANDLING OF MY PROBLEM AND HOLIDAY INNS POOR HANDLING OF MY PROBLEM HAS TURNED ME OFF HOILDAY INN COMPLETLY.

hotel review

The hotel was kept clean. There was no refridgerator in the room so we had to constantly go out and get drinks. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go up a flight of stairs to get ice. The staff was nice. Other places we have stayed were a lot nicer. The bed was kind of uncomrtable and the televsion kept going in and out.

Great stopover for business or traveling

Room was clean. Wifi free. Business center free, including printing. Breakfast was included and appropriately basic...survival food.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

St Johns Seafood on San Jose was tasty and plentiful. Its a bar/grill atmosphere, not fine dining, but the food is right out of the ocean and cooked by Floridians (cracker-style).

good spot for overnight travelers

just stopped overnight on a road trip. it was clean and nicely kept up. the hallways were like a sauna though.

great price for a new facility

The hotel and the location were quiet; the room was fresh; the breakfast was better than most; the location was convenient, with the freeway access.
