Great experience. I liked the professionalism of the attendants. Only problem was with noise from above room.

The old the rundown and needs a new look
room smelled but staff was very kind and moved us to a some what better room, still a slight mildew smell, outlets didn't work in either room, you could work the microwave or the fridge but not both at once,shotty paint from last remodel, looked old and run down smelled that way too

Very Nice and Clean
The hotel was very nice and clean. I was really satisfied w/the cleanliness of the room! Although the pool was occupied during the majority of our stay everything was very reasonable for the money!! You really can't beat it for the price!!

The good, the bad , the ugly
Check in was good however, asked for smoking room none was available but was told would have an ashtray outside which never received in 3 day stay. Requested extra pillows and did receive along with snide comments from manager. Breakfast bar was poorly stocked. Pet fee was almost as much as my own which is crazy.

LOVELY HOTEL
I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THIS HOTEL, ANYTIME I COME INTO JACKSONVILLE THIS IS THE HOTEL I ALWAYS COME BACK TO, THERE SERVES IS VERY GOOD, THE CLEANIESS OF THIS HOTEL IS WONDERFUL AND THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS IN GOOD STANDERS, AS WELL AS THE DINING AREA AND FOOD.
