On Saturday Feb 18, 2011 we drove from Miami to Tallahassee for a wedding and then after the wedding to Jacksonville to stay at the Hyatt. We checked in at 10:00. When we walked in no one was at the counter to greet us so we waited. One of the employees couldnt be found and she kinda made a scene looking for him. We get checked in and go up to our room. The room was BEAUTIFUL! Compared to the resorts we usually stay in this one was worthy of taking pictures. My girlfriend said she never had a better nights sleep in the bed and pillows and she is going to buy the pillows! After we went to the room we came down to get something to eat and the shuttle took us to the Northside Towncenter (which was 5 mins up the road) and we ate and then he came to pick us back up with a single call when we were done (ALL FOR FREE). In the morning we checked out around 9am to get on the road back to Miami but not before being offered a HOT breakfast, not those ready made waffles either it was an assortment of things to choose from from fresh french toast and ham&egg muffins to a bowl of cereal. Over all I enjoyed my stay there!! I most likely will not stay there again because we like to stay in different places, but I will definitely suggest this place to any of my friends who travel there!!

stop over between flights
Stopped here to break up long flight times. The hotel was very nice, free shuttle to and from airport, free shuttle ride within three miles to eat dinner. Lots of resturants in the area. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Loved the hot breakfast. Rooms were large and clean. Staff friendly.

One night stayover
This hotel is gorgeous. The size of the room was awesome & very well appointed. Located close to Jacksonville airport. Fitness room was in good working order. The continental breakfast was equal to any lesser rathed hotels so I was somewhat dissapointed in that. My only real complaint was when we checked in (around midnight) nobody was at the desk. Took about 5 minutes & they helped someone at the snack bar who walked up after us before us. They should have said "who is next"? All in all, this is an AWESOME hotel! I'd stay here again in a heart beat! The rooms have a large corner sofa, etc!

Great for the price
New and very clean. I had a problem with my room and the staff quickly switched me to another room in minutes with no problems. I paid a total of $100 for the room which was a deal given the quality of the facility.

Great Value
WE were extremely pleased with this hotel. We were not sure what we would be getting for the price. It was perfect for us. Nice room and we were able to leave our car here for the duration of our vacation.

Millhouse resturant. We had a really great meal for a reasonalbe price. Well worth the trip.
