Jameson Inn Jacksonville, FL

Stayed at hotel to attend UF-GA football game. Too much noise by the revelers who wanted to party all night. Rooms walls were paper thin. Staff was nice, though.

The staff was speedy and personal. Although our room was average overall, it was a great stay. Will stay again!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night. We were on a road trip and it was a very good place to rest. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable and clean. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to us. There is breakfast set up in the morning, but if you like your breakfast hot with eggs and sausage, you should not plan to eat breakfast there. They have cereal, bagels, oatmeal etc. We had dinner at the Applebee's which is literally right next to the hotel's parking lot. We walked there. We didn't use the pool at all because it was too cold for us, and it was an outdoor pool at night. Overall, I liked this place. It was clean, friendly and definately sufficient for our needs!

The Jameson Inn was just okay. There was a mildew ring in the toilet like it had not been stayed in or cleaned in a long time. The staff was friendly, upgraded me to a room with a microwave so that I could make my baby's formula. Applebees is literally in the parking lot tho I don't eat Applebees.

The Jameson Inn was a very nice hotel. The front desk staff be it morning noon or night was always friendly. They were always looking out to make sure we had what we needed and the customer service was out of this world. Thats an A+++ in my eyes as Good customer service is very very hard to find in this day and age. (Housekeeping could had learned a few tips from the employees at the front desk as they were not all that friendly) but that did not bother us as we were always out the door or to the pool when they came around. They would forget to leave us coffee but the front desk was always available. My mother and I and my 10 year old daughter just loved our stay here. We were close to very nice resteraunts Apple Bees and Sonic two of our favorites. All within walking distance. If ever we return to Jacksonville Florida we will stay here again. It was a great friendly hotel and always worth the extra drive to the beach. : )

The Jameson Inn Jacksonville was located within a short drive from the airport and centrally located to many attractions (i.e., Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, St. Augustine Historical District, Alligator Farm). The room was very nicely decorated with updated furnishings and clean. The complimentary continental breakfast had a nice selection including waffles with 3 different toppings. For the price.........it's very worth it. We will be back.
