The hotel was nice & the kids enjoyed the inside pool.

Clean hotel, easy to find and friendly staff.

The hotel was good for my needs - just passing through and needed a place to rest.

The hotel was very good but located in an industrial area and this distracted from the stay.

Most of the fitness was old and not operational. This could be a hazard for guest. Also there were ping pong and fooze ball outside the room. Other guests were playing while we were trying to sleep. That should be away from the rooms. Also, housekeeping need to do a better job of cleaning the bathrooms.

The staff was friendly, but the location was in an industrial area with nothing else close by. It was at least a fifteen minute drive to any restaurant or store. If you are going for a pleasure trip, I would find a hotel in a more populated area. If you are going for business in the area, then it may satisfy your needs.

The Holiday Inn Jackson was comfortable & room was very nice. Hotel location was great. We were very dissapointed with the room we had as it was in the back of the hotel where the truck drivers parked their semi's. The coolers on the trucks ran all night & could be heard inside the room & was noisey. The restaurant food was good except they were out of items on the menu every time we ordered. I ordered a cheese omlet on the menu & they were out of the cheese so I had to order something different. It was okay but not spectacular. Our dinner was very good, the steak and prime rib was prepared as we ordered it & tender. I ordered a dessert & they were out of it. The breakfast buffet was okay but every morning the weighter broke down the waffle maker before the time the buffet was to closed. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel the remainder of the stay we ate at other restaurants close by.
