Fine for overnight airport stay
I came in late to JAX and it was a quick overnight stay. Price was very good. The location was very good, close to the airport and very close to a major mall area with lots of shopping and dining. The hotel itself is more like a motel, a bit old and rooms could use some renovation and upgrades. It did have a fridge though, but AC worked marginally and bed could have been more comfortable. The room smelled a bit moldy. There was no breakfast which was a minus. For the price and for an overnight stay its OK, but I will stay somewhere else next time.

My stay was overnight in order to catch my flight the next morning. The motel was comfortable and the service was good. I had no problem with the motel. The only thing missing was shuttle service to the airport,therefore I had to make arrangements for a taxi.

Great price, spartan accommodations
Close to airport was needed. Ability to have a pet stay with me was needed. I'd like a refrigerator but it was not needed for the price. All in all, it was a good experience in a clean motel.

There is a growing mall within a 1 mile drive that has good restaurants, fast food places, good shopping and movies.

funky smell!
hotel was clean, staff was helpful, room smelled musty , couldnt seem to not smell it..moldy or damp smelling

Not what I expected
Room had a bad smell to it and the beds were hard. All three of us woke up itching. Pillows were very flat and one had no pillow case.

good location
The room had been redone. However, there is no wifi internet in the room. It is closed to exit of I-95 but one has to look carefully for the hotel is not visible from the main street.

There is a loop sidewalk that one can take around a man made lake about a mile from the hotel.

Nice room
Very convenient to Jax Int Airport. Rooms have been very nicely redone to new standards. The buildings and design are somewhat dated, but the rooms themselves are excellent. Ample dining in the immediate area. Would stay again to catch an early flight out in the mornings.
