Friendliest staff I have experienced in some time. Complimentary dinner and happy hour each weekday was a welcome relief after a hard day. Would highly recommend for the frequent traveler.

Not worth the money
The first night at 12am the toilet broke. I had to get dressed and reback my luggage to be moved to another room. The other room was smaller than the one that I had. So they moved me to the second floor. That toilet wwas very sensitive but I dint want to change again since I was only there three days. The pool area only had 4 lounge chairs so if you didnt come early you could use the chairs. The breakfast was good but they quickly ran out of things. The staff I must say was great. My question to the hotel was if you knew people were coming... you didnt know the bathroom wasnt working.????????

Great Place to Stay
We had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel room was very accomodating. The continental breakfast was excellent, my daughter & I enjoyed it. The pool was a little small but perfect to get your feet wet in. I love the fact that the hotel was a little out of the way but close enough to the mall & highway.

Where are they at?
Overall everything was nice. But, after 8:30 it seemed as if the front desk clerk would vanish. First night there waited 20 minutes with several other guest just to get checked in. Note on desk said "will be back in a minute." Thursday night after waiting 15 minutes for someone to return just gave up and went back to room.

Focus on Family
We made reservations at this particular inn, because we wanted to be the meeting point in Jax for my daughter (from Johnson City Tn), her husband and our three grandsons(ages 5 and twins at 3), with the additional pleasure of also being joined by my son and his girl friend as they announced the engagement. We were able to check in early which enabled us to all get together to enjoy the pool for the day and due to noon check out, every on came back Sunday morning and had more fun. Our thanks to the manager for his gracious generously and making us all feel welcome and at home.

A shopping mall was just down the street and enable the women to go shopping while the rest of us guys stayed behind.
