Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

Pool was luke warm. The hotel advertised a spa / pool. Although the pool area was clean and nice the pool temperture was very luke warm.

The hotel was awesome and the price was right. The room was clean and looked very new. Comfy bed and the staff was very nice.

Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Felt at home. However was on floor with children whos parents did not control them.

this hotel is within minutes of everything!! dining, shopping, and movies! the beach is less than 15 minutes away! rooms were very nice and updated!

The experience was great! I would have liked to have had complimentary breakfast as a comp everyday as most hotels provide that as a free service. We were able to attend the Jazz festival while meeting people regarding our travel business. We would definitly consider your hotel again. Tye location was perfect.

I STAYED HERE BECAUSE I WENT TO THE WEDDING OF MY BEST FRIEND'S SON. WORST SHERATON I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I HAVE BEEN IN SHERATON PROPERTIES IN CHINA, HONG KONG AND MANY OTHERS, BUT THIS DOES NOT DESERVE THE SHERATON LOGO! 1. NO ROOMS WITH QUEEN BEDS. ONLY A SINGLE KING BED OR 2 DOUBLE BEDS, NOTHING IN BETWEEN. TO SAY THE LEAST, FOR TWO PERSONS SLEEPING IN THE SAME BED, IT IS NOT VERY RESTFUL. 2. WE COULD CLEARLY HEAR THE NOISE FROM A GIRL'S SOFTBALL TEAM WHO WERE STAYING AT THE SAME TIME. 3. THE BATHROOM DOOR HAD A TRANSLUCENT PANEL THAT LIT UP LIKE A NEON SIGN WHEN SOMEONE WENT TO THE BATHROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, DISRUPTING THE SLEEP OF OTHERS. 4. THE BATHROOM HAD A PLASTIC FOLD-OUT SEAT THAT, IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO USE IT WOULD BE IN THE WAY OF TAKING A NICE RELAXED SHOWER. 5. I DID NOT LIKE THE INCONVENIENCE OF A REMOVABLE SHOWER HEAD, INSTEAD OF THE HIGH, REGULAR, FIXED SHOWER HEAD WE ARE ACCUSOTMED TO. 6. THE SHOWER, AND THE HOTEL TOO MUST BE OLD BECAUSE THE SHOWER STALL DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE TYPICAL 3-4 INCH HIGH CURB TO HOLD THE WATER WITHIN THE STALL. IT ONLY HAD PERHAPS A 3/4"-1" HIGH LIP AND ALL THE WATER WOULD SPILL OVER INTO THE REST OF THE VERY SMALL, UNATRACTIVE BATHROOM. THE SHOWER CURTAIN ENDED ABOUT 12-16" ABOVE THE FLOOR, THEREFORE NOT HELPING CONTAIN THE WATER. TERRIBLE!! 6. THERE WAS NO CLOSET. THERE WAS ONLY LIKE A CUT-OUT IN THE WALL THAT HAD A LOW RACK. MY WIFE AND MY DAUGHTER BROUGHT LONG DRESSES FOR THE OCCASION AND WE HAD TO HANG THEM FROM A LIGHT FIXTURE ABOVE THE MIRROR BY THE ENTRANCE TO THE ROOM! 7. THE ARCHITECT DID NOT THINK THAT PLACING THE TISSUE PAPER HOLDER IN THE WALL THAT SEPARATES THE BEDROOM AREA FROM THE BATHROOM WOULD MAKE A LOT OF RACKET WHEN ANYONE WENT TO THE TOILET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. 8. THE LIGHTING WAS VERY BAD ALSO. 9. IN OTHER WORDS, THIS HOTEL IS LUCKY THAT I GAVE THEM A RATING OF TWO STARS, ONLY BECAUSE THE GIRLS AND THE STAFF WORKING THERE WERE VERY NICE. THAT'S ABOUT IT!!

Good value. Pleasant place to stay, just a few less amenities (no microwave, no fridge) than other hotels we've stayed in.

visited our 2 daughters and their families . there was no microwave oven as hubby loves his evening popcorn . we love the security key card in elevator that would let u go to your floor .. so safe !! comparing .. no microwave oven , a first for us .. and security key card a first for us . TV so easy to manage and to turn on closed captioned for hearing impaired wife . nice clean comfortable bed . the bathroom was neat kinda ..but no tub . huge shower tho ! nice ! double doors , kinda awkward but up to date style ! there was hair dryer , ironing board etc.. coffee pot .. we will come back again .. great price too .

I would give this hotel two thumbs up. The hallway was a little noisy at times, but the other pluses outweighed the noise.

Great hotel, beautiful room, friendly staff. I travel frequently and this hotel was one of the best I've stayed in. Would recommend!
