The 614 rooms and suites are some of the most comfortable of any Orlando-Kissimmee area hotels, with lots of extras like a mini-fridge, microwave oven and iron/ironing board in every room. Our guests can choose from three different room and suite types - deluxe guest rooms, two-room suites, and Kid's Suites that have been specially decorated. Each is comfortably furnished and comes with many of the extras you'd never find at other Orlando discount hotels.
There are still a wealth of amenities for guests to enjoy, from heated pools and rejuvenating whirlpools to playgrounds and game rooms Food Court with delicious food on the run for families in a hurry to enjoy the attractions, General Store with snacks and sundries, & heated, Olympic-style pools for serious swimmers or fun-seeking paddlers.

- The Two Room Suite features 2 double sized beds, a murphy bed, and a sofa bed, with microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, iron/board and hair dryer.
- Deluxe Room
- The Deluxe Room features 2 double sized beds with microwave, mini fridge, iron/board and hair dryer.
- Kid Suite
- The Kid's Suite features 1 king bed with a partitioned section that has 1 twin bed, and a twin bunk bed for the kids, the kid's section has video game unit, television, play phones, cd player/radio, and intercoms. Every Kid Suite comes with microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, iron/board and hair dryer.
- Deluxe King
- Available with king size bed plus full sleeper sofa. Features microwave, mini fridge, iron/board, hair dryer, and remote-controlled TV. Sleeps up to 4 people.
- Poolside Room

Close to everything but not comfortable
The beds need updated people!! They are like sleeping on cardboard boxes... Still using the 1970's blue mattress and box springs which were hard and uncomfortable. The door to our room would not close without putting in the key and turning the handle, I let them know about it and it wasn't fixed by the time we left. However, the pools were excellent, playground and landscape were well kept. There was a Tiki style lounge built right into the main pool which was very nice. So this was a very nice place to stay and I would go back. Drink and food prices for hotel guests are quite high though.

Their buffet is good, but you only have a few choices, eggs, bacon, sausage links, biscuits, french toast, and a few other things. It is around $10 bucks a person not including your drink... Thought that was a bit much for hotel guests to be paying. There are several other restaurants close by that are much cheaper, Denny's, BK, McDonald's... Also, Cici's is a great buffet for only around $5.99 per person, if you haven't tried it it is really good!!

Overall it was a pleasant expereince. I was able to buy my park passes at the hotel. This saved time in the morning. The rooms were clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was ok and kids eat free. I had a problem with the room door not latching properly and had to call the maintance man out twice to fix it. They arrived quickly and were very friendly. most of the games in the game room do not work and they do not refund your money for the games. They also have a laundry mat so you can wash your clothes. The pool is clean and the bar at the pool offers mixed drinks but only a few beers. I would stay here again. It was very affordable and close to the Disney parks.

STAY WAS GOOD...ONLY ISSUE WAS ONE OF THE BEDS HAD STAINS ON THE SHEETS AND WAS WET BUT WAS TOO LATE TO GET CHANGED SO HAD TO STAY IN SAME BED

Our Anniv. getaway
Hotel stay was a little under-satisfactory. We arrived late in eve. and check-in was quick. When we arrived in our room, we crashed due to long tiring trip. The next morning when we went to wash up, we noticed hair everywhere in the bathroom that wasn't ours. (yuck) We went out early n got some cleaners n disinfected the room. We did complain to cleaning personnel, and they brought someone in to clean-up. (They explained that they were training new people). The cleaning crew was very disorganized and interrupted us several times during our stay. The blow-dryer didn't work,but when we called room-service, they came n replaced it right away. All staff were friendly.

Almost anything you are hungry for, it's located within a block or two. Some deliver and some you can walk to. There were also entertainment attractions, and shopping areas within same area.
