Incorrect information from resort.
I purchased a 3 bedroom villa and once I arrived at the resort was given a one bedroom with two double beds along with a sofa bed in the kitchenette area. Nothing like what I was told when I booked. I received no satisfaction correcting this issue with the front desk and was told they were completely booked.

Perfect EVERYTHING!
I loved my stay at this resort! It made me want to stay in the room all day! I felt so at home and check-in was easy and fast! Beautiful balcony view and enough to fit about 5 people comfortably. Had everything I could think of! Will be staying there my next visit!

Where has this place been?
Loved this place. We always enjoy staying in villa's compared to hotel rooms and this time was no exception. The room was very nice, the bedroom was better. Jaccuzi bathtub, walk in shower, mirrors everywhere. The only thing that sucked was that check out was at 10am, we would have like to sleep in a bit more. We will be using this place again.

starting the New Years right
Celebrating the New Years 2012 In Disney. We arrived late on the Dec. 31st and the staff was helpful in getting us organized and into our room in a speedy fashion, so we can get an early start in the morning . The suite was clean and room temperature was perfect. We requested an additional rollaway and it was delivered immediately with clean linen. I will request this resort to all my family and friends.

wake up call
Everything was great nice rooms very very clean. only one thing to complain about. After going out my las night in Orlando I called for a wake up call at about 2am for a 5am wake up. well come to my suprise there was no call. i did wake up at 430am myself.

Amazing hotel
I recommend the 1 bedroom king it is beautiful has a full kitchen, washer dryer, living room dining area. I loved this vaccation spot cant wait to go back!

Quick Visit
Had a very nice stay at the Star Island Resort. The room was clean. We did call and request additional towels and they were delievered within a half an hour! Will stay again.
