The Property Protection Plan is $50 on time non- refundable and covers the following:
Property Protection Plan - At a cost of $50 to relieve you of the cost for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents up to $500. This Property Protection Plan does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Homes to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased.
Guests staying 5 nights or less will be charged for a cleaning fee. The fee varies by unit size. Price ranges from $70 - $105 plus tax per stay.

Lookin' for a Deal
Great Setting, Dated Interior
We loved the pool and the neighborhood lake and dock were an added surprise bonus. Great for relaxation! The interior of the home, while it looked clean, was dated: 1980's whitewashed table, and finishes were below average - laminate counters, linoleum kitchen and bathroom floors, and carpeting throughout. Always a bit leery walking barefoot on someone else's carpet. Nevertheless, we still prefer the idea of renting a home rather than a hotel room.

EXCELLENT HOME!!!
This was about 45 minutes away from all the attractions my husband and i came to Florida for, so at first i was skeptical...BUT, i'm glad we stuck it out. It turned out to be an AMAZING house, the drive wasn't bad at all, and it was plenty of room. Everything was PERFECT!!!

Awesome Family Getaway
Wasn't sure what we were getting ourselves into when we booked this online, due to past experiences. What you see online isn't always what you really get. We were very pleased with our accommodations. Kelly at Starmark was extremely helpful. When we arrived very late on Friday night the air conditioning was out and the house was at 87 degrees. We kept thinking the house would cool down as the early morning hours came. By morning, the house was at 84 degrees. Called the office, spoke to Kelly and she sent the repairman over within an hour and a half. After that, no problems. It was great having a whole house and our own private pool rather than the 2 hotel rooms we were going to get. We will definitely use Starmark Vacation Homes again.

Overall the vacation was good
The location of the vacation home was a little far from the parks. The unit could be cleaner, bathroom was dirty and dishes were not washed well. I was mislead to believe I would only pay an additional $50 but in reality I had to pay $129.

Great Family Vaca
The house that we stayed at was perfected. We had requested for three rooms and they gave us four. It was so perfect. The location was great and very quite. We got plenty of rest and had a great family vacation. I would come back to this location again next year. The money paid for the place was worth it.

They had a pizza shop near by that was very good and cheap. When visited the pizza shop twice during our stay.

Everything was perfect, the house was really clean, the kitchen had everything you need, coffe maker, dishwasher, cutlery and pots, glasses, cups, etc, washer machines, dryer machine, the pool was perfect my family and me enjoy the home every day if you have a big family this is the place or small family too everybody enjoy the house is the best I love the place thank you startmark we want to come back to this place relaxing is the word

Real Sweet!!
The house was very nice and clean!! Staff was quite friendly! My only complaint would be the house next door. It was abandoned and it just was not a pretty site! But I LOVED it other then that!!
