Perfect, but it rained
Second year in a row we stay at this Ritz in Palm Beach. Great hotel, staff, amenities. A bit pricey on food, but if you have a car, there are a lot of great options in Palm Beach

Very Accomodating
When we arrived we were placed in a room that at first the toilet leaked then the shower but the staff made up for it by upgrading us to a much better room with no problems. Staff could not be more apologetic. Everyone was wonderful and very accomodating.

Charlies Crab located about 15 minutes from the Ritz outside of downtown Palm Beach was outstanding. Great recommendation by the concierge.

Wonderful experience
First time in Florda and that was the perfect place. Nice pool and great food. The whole staff, especially the valet parking guys very exceptionally friendly and helpful.

GREAT GET AWAY
I have been traveling to this hotel since the early 90's. It is always a great trip !! Spa is beautiful, and staff is very friendly.

Beach Lover
A little short of the Real Ritz
I mostly stay at Ritz Resorts in the Caribbean - this was my first time in Florida. The service is up to the Ritz standards - very attentive and personal on the part of the staff. THe lobby, rooms, the spa - all nicely decorated. There was a miscommunication with the Front Desk person who did not follow up when I repeatedly requested a room change. This is a very high-traffic hotel with virtually no land amenities such as gardens and paths. One disappointment is how grungy the outdoor furniture is - really dirty - at the outside portion of the bar Stir, and the pool/beach side cafe Breeze. Absolutely not up to the Ritz standard.

Wonderful hotel attentive staff! Felt very safe pretty beach and pool drove to delray and west palm. Hotel is special classic and beautiful bonfire at night.
