The rooms were drab and dated. The bed was not comfortable. In our first room the shower did not work and we had to change rooms. The staff to their credit acted quickly and tried to make things better. It's a low price, super low budget hotel.

Clean, Safe Place To Stay
This hotel was just fine - it was nothing fancy but had all the basic stuff - clean room, safe location, enough convenient parking, central location. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, cups, dishes, coffee pot, etc. were all in the room so we didn't have to eat out all the time. Fairly new and was well kept and clean in halls and lobby and room. Price was commensurate with the room. I will stay there again.

Always ask for a discount - frequently you will get one. Do it politely and quiz them about discounts they offer that you would qualify for like senior citizen, AARP, AAA, military, student, State/city resident, employer, etc...

GREAT!!!!
THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY IF YOU NEED TO STAY MORE THAN ONE NIGHT. THE STAFF SENT US TO A PARK TO WATCH THE DOLPHINS!!!!

Ahhhh.... the smell of stale tobacco...
The hotel was suitable for my needs - somewhere to sleep a few hours each night. The room was tagged as non-smoking, but obviously that was not the case for some years in the past, the smell of stale tobacco was strong in the room. Staff was helpful and non-obtrusive. Rooms are accessible via interior hall, a plus in regards to safety.

convenient to airport, nice accomadation
We went to Melbourne/Palm Bay on a house hunting trip. The Suburban Extended Stay was very convenient to all of our destinations, including a very short drive to Historic Downtown Melbourne and causeway to the beach.
