Needs more amenities
First of all, we were disappointed in no coffee in room; no tissues! No breakfast! All other hotels we stayed in had some kind of breakfast served.. The wake up service didn't work.

Good for the money - Clean
This is a basic hotel. No thrills, but it is safe, clean and affordable. Close to movies, mall and not too long a drive to the beach. I stay here often, but there is no pool. Free Wi Fi, basic simple breakfast plate for $3. VERY close to airport (< a mile).

Other extended stay hotels in the area offer much more. Even the "free" coffee in the small hotel lobby was disappointing -- you had to bring down a (possibly clean) coffee cup from your room to get a cup of coffee. Only major plus was the price available through Orbtiz. If you are not too particular and want something very close to the airport, this is it.

Dirtiest and Smelliest Award
I like to think of myself as a low maintenance guy. I sleep on people's couches when I have to and stay in 3rd world countries in rooms with no hot water etc but this place was abominable. This is the U.S. and there is no excuse for poor conditions when you are charging 60 dollars a night. .The smell in the halls is so bad it smells like someone died and they have not found the body in a week. There was a chair in my room, a recliner, with a big hole in the side and at least 3 to 4 different colored body fluid stains on it. I strongly considered sleeping in my car. I ended up just drinking a beer and taking a sleeping pill and just pulling up my skirt since the purchase was nonrefundable.

Convenient, courteous & quiet
one half mile from the airport.Right next door to the Hilton, which has an airport shuttle (free). Very quietwith a full kitchen &full size fridge. Greatlittle park with a lovely pond. Half the cost of theHilton. Yay!

Avoid It, If You Can
Location was convenient for business in Melbourne and price seemed right. Rooms are very dated, worn and not the cleanest.

Inexpensive Airport Hotel
We use this hotel when departing early or arriving late to MLB as opposed to driving from or to our home, which is about an hour and a half away. It is clean, very inexpensive, and literally a half mile from the terminal. If you are looking for a comfortable, no frills option, that will allow for an easy departure or arrival, this is your solution.
