Not what I expected
I am a premium member of another hotel group and was disappointed at the value versus experience of this hotel. Apart from the dirty floor carpets, there was an exposed electrical box with wires above the one bed, my neighbor had a pet (dog) in his room, the provided "shampoo" literally poured out of its container, the TV reception was really poor and finally, the in-room coffee maker produced dirty particles - I could not drink the coffee supplied. On the good side - the front desk staff was good and the bed was OK - luckily I was there for one night only!

Good!
The hotel is good! The breakfast was very good! The location is great. The only problem was the noisy from other rooms. The walls were too thin. But for few days, I recommend.

Wow! Hotel Indigo was terrific!
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by [...] at the front desk. (I'm sorry that I didn't notice the other young lady's name at the desk.) Both women greeted us with a hello and a smile! [...] directed us to a fabulous restaurant for dinner and helped us with directions to scenic places. She was very helpful and kind! Our room was very pretty and big! We loved it! i loved the decor of the room and the Aveda products used. The only drawback to the whole experience was the loudness of the air conditioning unit; it ran all night disturbing our sleep. The room was clean and the bed luxurious. The location was good - access to freeway was very close and yet there weren't noisy street sounds. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Hotel Indigo!The staff at the Hotel was incredible!

There was a mall/shopping area not far from the hotel which offered many different dining choices. We ate at the Bahama Breeze which was excellent! This restaurant has been recommended by hotel staff.

NICE HOTEL, BUT POOR STAFF SERVICES
THE HOTEL ROOMS ARE SIMPLE BUT NICE, THE LOCATION IS GREAT, CLOSE TO A LOT OF PLACES, AND IT SEEMS THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SAFE. THE STAFF SERVICE IS POOR, THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE IS VERY LIMITED, I MEAN, POOR. THE RESTAURANT INCREDIBLY IS GREAT

VERY NICE HOTEL
The pool backs right onto Kendall Drive, so it's a bit noisy. Free h'ors d'oevres/munchies available every day from 5pm to 7pm, but the waitress is very miserable and won't put any out unless you ask for them specifically. Also free cookies and light drinks every day at 11am, very nice. Very clean rooms... our floors were laminate, not carpet, which is nice. very comfortable beds.

short walk to the shopping mall... plus they have a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius for free... the kids were using it to go to the mall, the theatres, etc.

Beautiful and Great Location
Great location. Local resturants and the mall was near. The staff were pleasant and professional. They accomodate you based on your needs. Clean room. I enjoyed my stay.
