Lovely hotel. Service was very good.
The hotel and pool area were extremely clean and the service was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is located conveniently to restaurants, shopping and activities.

Restaurants are wonderful but do get crowded. Reservations should be made ahead for evening dining.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE BATHROOMS SPOTLESS, AND THE BEDS....HEAVEN!!! OVER ALL VERY CLEAN, AND WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME, NO NOISES AT NIGHT, WE CALLED FOR ROOM SERVICE AND WE ALSO NEEDED HELP WITH THE INTERNET CONECTIONS AND HELP DESK WAS VERY CORTEOUS AND SENT WHAT WE NEEDED RIGHT AWAY. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

An Excellent Hotel
Had a very relaxing stay at the hotel. The beds were very comfy, the staff was friendly and quick, and the room service was excellent! When we booked the room, we thought we would only be getting a city view, but much to our delight our room had an amazing view of the bay! I will definitly be staying at the JW Marriott Hotel Miami the next time I am down that way.
