clerk in the morning shift that takes care of checkout could be nicer

night shift clerk very helpful. morning shift clerk lady, had a difficult attitude.

This hotel was cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for. The elevator smelled like smoke, and our toilet trickled all night. The room was fairly clean, but the overall feeling was dirty. If you like cheap hotels this is a good one.

I was waiting too long for the Shuttle service from Airport to Hotel, but then everything was ok

I booked the room just for one night given that the hotel advertise in its website that it has "non stop shuttle to the airport" . when called to advise that I wa sgoing to be waiting for the shuttle around 1:00 am. Rude girl (big attitude) on the phone said , It was not going to be possible, last shuttle is at 12:30, so you will need to get a cab and pay it. Extremly poor customer servise, very dissapointed. I stayed in other red roofs before but now, i will think twice before staying in one.

Red Roof Inn Miami was terrible service. Hotel was very noisy, room was dirty and needed paint. Desk clerk not knowledgeable about area restaurants, shopping, etc, and was not willing to find out. Breakfast bar OK. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Motel was clean, but very noisy, thin walls. The plumbing seemed to be connected to every room, each time water was used in other rooms (toilets flushed) it caused ours to gurgle, etc. Picked this motel because it was close to the airport, offered shuttle service and had a pool. We planned on spending the afternoon poolside on our last day prior to flying out. Very disappointed to learn the pool was closed down for repairs/renovations.

Very good location next to airport, so we didn´t waste much time.

We spend 2 nights here at distance of 4 days. First night was in a very bad room: noisy and not clean (1st floor last room at the end of the corridor on the left). Second night was in a smaller but a lot better room (5th floor). Remember always to ask for non smoking rooms in USA if you don't smoke. Smoking rooms are a disaster for non smokers! The Shuttle starts from the hotel every 30 minutes from 5 a.m. and every 30 minutes is in the airport area to collect clients. Good service. The hotel is very basic and quite clean.

We stayed there to utilize the transport to MIA the next morning. The hotel staff was not very friendly/helpful, the room wasn't very clean and the heat did not work in our room (outside temp. in the 40s). When we tried to use the shuttle the next morning, the driver was rude and almost refused to bring us to the airport because he had another trip to make somewhere else. Then we were surprised that we had to pay for parking our vehicle when we thought that was included. All in all, it's not worth the money. I've stayed in similar caliber of hotels for almost half the price.
