No Free Parking, Nearby Restaurants Closed on Weekends
This hotel is located in a business district which makes it not family or weekend friendly. There are no free parking options; must pay for valet parking or walking distance garages. Long wait at hotel restaurant and most nearby restaurants are open for business during the week only. If you can live with these inconveniences then this is a pretty good place for the money.

Good for a night
I stayed at the River Park Hotel and Suites for a night before a cruise and it was perfect for just that. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was minutes from the port. The hotel staff was helpful with calling cabs when we needed them, and they even had a free shuttle service to the port of Miami. Since the hotel is located in the financial district I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Miami for a business conference or is going on a cruise.

Great for Cruisers
My mother and I stayed at the River Park Hotel 2 days before our cruise and 1 day after. The staff was nice and let us check in at 10:00am instead of 3pm after our cruise which was great because we were really tired. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view, there were plenty of towels and toiletry items. I wish they would've provided a microwave and frige because there was more than enough room, but there was a coffee maker next to the ice bucket. The restaurant was a joke. It was hardly open, and when it was the prices were ridiculously high. I recommend walking a couple of blocks to Bayside Market where you have a better selection of items, or ordering in as there are several restaurant fliers slid under your door at any given time. There was always someone there trying to provide transportation at a price. $25-28 to the airport (depending on who it is),$6 to the port of miami $17 a piece coming back (ripoff),$28 roundtrip to southbeach for 2 people, $6 per person to bayside market. The hotel was a tad rundown and only had one elevator which is ridiculous because it has 16 floors!!! i would recommend this hotel for cruisers or people staying a night or 2 but any longer and i would definitely pay more for better accomodations

A bargain for the price
We experienced a 12 hour delay and arrived at 11:00 PM. the check in went very smoothly. the next morning there was a complimentary breakfast that was nice. The food area was clean and the staff helpful. We had a complete suite for a very reasonable price. The pool was clean. there were only two concerns. the elevator has a brass interior that was totally smudged with finger an palm prints. Also, there was an odor of urine in the reception area, but there was a bar off the lobby and it might have come from that bathroom. Otherwise I would not hesitate to recommend it to a family member or friend who was looking for a bargain.

Value of the no frills traveler
This hotel offered comfortable rooms and was close to the port of Miami cruise ship terminal. There was no restaurants available on the property but there was plenty of dining options within a short walking distance from the hotel. The view was nothing to get excited about but for those looking for relatively inexpensive lodging close to the pier this hotel is more than adequate.

Good For A One Night Stay
Not In The Best Area And Parking Was Over Priced But For A Night It Is A Good Price For What You Get, The Restuant Was Good But The Lack Of Staff Caused A Long Wait.
