Good Price
Location is wonderful and th eprice charged is exctremely competetive. Bit old but old charm. Size of the rooms is superb and the riverview is exciting.

The walls were a bit thin ...

Reasonable value for money
The room was spacious enough and it was clean. But, the breakfast was much worse than i expected. There is nothing except muffins and coffee.

Need for improvement
Friendly desk staff and easy check in. Not all elevators worked, had to use the service elevator. Internet was out of order, after asking about it, I was told the maintenence guy is scheduled to come in the next few days, which did not help me at that point. Kitchen of restaurant was closed 15 minutes before the actual posted closing time. No alternative suggestions were made, would make a better impression on the guests if it were made. Rooms were clean and comfortable. $21 for an overnight parking fee seemed a little out of line. Hotel parking is not a plus here.

The hotel car park service is really bad and the security was sleepy in his car. The cleanness was not the best and the maintenance of the rooms was real bad. All the rooms smell really bad.

Riverpark Hotel in Downtown Miami
The River Park Hotel was propably a nice place in the 1980s. It has a fairly nice staff if you can find someone who speaks good English. The neighborhood is sketchy. I would not reccommend walking out around night to late. The room was clean but very plain. If you stay, I suggest taking the time and walking around Bayfront. It is a beautiful shopping/dining/marina not to far from the hotel. Take the metro mover to get there the quickest.

no good location
The hotel has comfortable room, but isn't in a good location, not comfortable to walk around the center. Also the breakfast was very poor.

Great room for the price !
hotel was a little hard to find,but location was great to walk to Bayfront Park. Did't have time to check out pool,but looked nice by the river. One bedroom suite was really large, comftable and clean, large bathroom too! Continetal breakfast was a little dissapointing,served only 8-9 But for $100, what a deal!!

Ok for the money
Cheap compared to other ones in the neighborhood. No bugs as far as I could see. Clean bathroom. A little run down but certainly worth the saved money! Staff was quite nice too.
