Easy for my son to get to the cruise ship terminal to spend the day with his mother

Be sure to have the contact number for the hotel because you need to call to be picked up at the airport and it takes awhile. The shuttle ran to the places that it advertised but it was not on much of a timetable. That said, the place was a very inexpensive place to spend the night and the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included but there was a University restaurant attached where the food was tasty and cheap.

Overall it was a place to stay and a roof over my head, and so for that I guess I am thankful for this hotel. After that however, I was very upset with the service I got from this hotel. There was no hot water in my room and when I asked the front desk if there was anything that could be done, his reply was, "There is nothing I can do about it." The location of this place is not that great either because there was one restraunt right outside of our hotel and that was it. No gas station, no grocery store, and no other restraunts around. I would not recommend any one to stay here unless there is no other resort.

Sleep, shower, and on you go. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Good location. No coffee maker. No breakfast. Free movie channels. Free internet. Free shuttle.

The motel was in hosptial district. Very bad accomadations--had earwigs in room--aircondtioner did not work--carpet was dirty--next to freeway so very noisy--had cold shower in morning--very old and not kept up--the staff was helpful and friendly--had transport to cruise line and from airport to hotel. Would not ever stay there again.

This hotel has a great location. However, it's NOT clean, the carpets are really dirty. Two steps on that carpet and your feet are all dark. And there are insects in the rooms.

Wish the hotel included an iron. Back of the hotel to close to the highway the noise was ridiculous.

I like the hotel its location is perfect and safe, the food at restaurant for lunch and dinner es graet,but breakfast is to poor. the receptionist they don.t have warm wellcome and facilities for the guest need to improve in this sides.

We stayed here because we were picking up an international guest and wanted easy access to JFK. It was just a one-nighter. The attached restaurant had good breakfast fare, and the hotel staff were cordial and helpful. The facility is a bit dilapitaded and could use some fixing up, but for the price, it was fine.
