Great Location
Clean but sparce.Great location near Lincoln Rd., action and the beach. Nice helpful staff. Got a little noisy at 5am as some party moved to the street but this may be a unique situation. Would recommend

Great Experience for the Price!
The staff was very friendly, especially for the East Coast, right from the start. The hotel is modern and simple, but very comfortable in its own way. The rooms were reasonably sized for the price, and other than a few minor inconveniences we couldn't have been happier with the hotel room or the location. Parking was $25/day valet parking only, which we did not expect! O(r)bi(t)z lists "parking" as an amenity, so that needs to be changed!

Great location
Perfect location. Very close to the beach. The rooftop is a really cool spot to hang out- alone at times. It needs that special something though...

Family of 5 in Miami beach
3 adults, 2 kids (6 months and 2 years old), got 2 rooms on second floor -- excellent choice because rooms had a door between them that made it like a suite. Relatively quiet, some minimal noise from Collins ave (rooms were on 3rd floor), but certainly no party noise. Neighbors were a mixed crowd, but we saw at least 3 other families with small kids. A walk to the beach is convenient (no streets to cross) and about 2 minutes. Parking is slightly complicated, but I guess that's just part of staying in Miami beach. 20th street is narrow with quite a bit of local traffic, valet parking is probably the only viable option ($25 a day, but you can take your car in and out as many times as you wish, just takes 10-15 minutes to get the car). We used the car quite a bit to go to museums, Key Biscayne, etc, it may just take 10+ mins in traffic to drive down to 5th street on Collins ave to get out of Miami Beach. Location was great because of proximity to beach, but you can also walk down to Ocean drive restaurants (15th street and below), nice boardwalk to the north if you want to go for a long walk along the ocean. Rooms were very clean, wireless internet, continental breakfast starting at 7am. There is a nice Sushi restaurant/bar in the basement. Overall, I think it's a very good deal for the money.

This hotel is nicely located near both the beach and near great shopping 4 blocks south on Lincoln Road. Plenty of night life in the area too. We wish their nice rooftop also had a pool.

Nice hotel. We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel is simple but has its charm. The rooftop is great. Works well if you want to wind down at night.

Young, Fun, and Clean
My aesthetic senselessly surpasses my budget, so I really appreciated the minimalist space. The white tile rooms and second sheet OVER the comforter made me feel satisfied that there weren't stains hiding where my eyes couldn't pick ten out. The staff was friendly, but not over friendly. The location I a short walk to Ocean Drive and a shorter one to the beach. For the price I paid; I truly could not ask for better. I should note that the rooftop, while lovely, didn't actually seem to be an actively used bar, and that the Term Parisian breakfast is a thoughtfully branded way to say light faire (bagels, muffins, coffee, orange juice, hard-boiled eggs, apples). Also the clientele was hilariously scattered in age. I don't know why some of te older folks picked Townhose, but neither can I blame them.

Short walk from hotel
Try Rokbar around the corner for good remixed music instead of it's overcrowded overpriced neighbor.

Went for Aqua Girl 2012
Honestly, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and I am picky. I don't necessarily need 5 star amenities, but I do want to be comfortable and safe. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast consisted of a yummy assortment of fresh jams and bagels, french bread, muffins, hard boiled eggs, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee. You could get plain coffee if you wanted, but why would you do that when THEY HAVE A FREAKIN' CAPPUCCINO MACHINE. I really enjoyed that breakfast ended late as well (11 on wkdays, 12 on wkends). Regular coffee, tea, cold water, animal crackers, and peanuts are available all day after breakfast, which is nice. The hotel is literally a 1 minute walk from the beach and the price to rent umbrella's and chairs are very reasonable ($12-15). The overall room was nice and worked well for 3 adult women. The decor is slightly lacking, but now that's just me being a brat. And you really can't beat the location. It's close to stores, bars, Lincoln Rd, and only a $10 cab ride it you want to go all the way to downtown Miami. I would definitely come to this hotel again if I returned to Miami.
