Convenient Orange Park location
Convenient location, plenty of parking. Nice lobby and informed desk staff. Easy check-in. Spacious, clean room with new-looking furnishings. Free wi-fi (unsecured, of course). Commodious bathroom and large, step-in shower. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE bed pillows (really terrible). VERY NOISY air conditioning unit. Mediocre dining facility. Bar opens at 5 PM, probably should open at 4.

Decent hotel with poor parking
The room was very nice and very comfortable. The parking left a bit to be desired because it was so far away from the main entrance. Checked in at 10pm, and there were no luggage carts available. My wife and I had to lug all of our luggage for us and our 7 month old a good distance to the entrance, only to find a luggage cart next to our rooms door that had not been returned. I could understand if carts were out in the evening time, but that late at night, there should have been more available or returned by the hotel staff.

ACCEPTABLE
WAS IN JACKSONVILLE VISITING A FAMILY MEMBER. I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE A LITTLE COLD AND NOT ALL THAT FRIENDLY.

Room was clean. Noise from the Wells Road was more than expected. Check in/ check out was quick easy.

Sparkly new, but 2 problems...
The hotel is beautifully new and the staff cordial. However, there is a train that whistles through very close and very loud. Worse still, they wouldn't let me earn Priority Club points. They claimed it was because I booked through [...] -- but Continental airlines glady gave me airline points. No reason why Holiday Inn can't do the same.

tasteful fine decor
I was wowed with the spacious rooms, nice pillows and decor - very classy. Even the coffee was gourmet. And a weighing scale in the bathroom ! They thought about everything.

AWESOME!!!
Everything from check-in to check-out was wonderful. I a frequent traveller and this hotel is A+. Everything was fresh and clean and the staff was wonderful. Will definitely visit again.

Best Holiday Inn Ever!!!!!
This hotel by far, was one of the best Holiday Inn's I've ever stayed in... The property is about 8 months old and the rooms ROCK!!!! I recommend that everyone stay in a Fitness Suite, IT IS AWESOME....Especially for those trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is the only hotel I plan to stay in during my visits to Jacksonville...
