Pleasant Surprise
Stayed five nights for a conference at the convention center and never had any problems with the hotel. Clean, comfortable room with a nice flat screen TV and a larger than expected refrigerator. The only problem I was was with the internet. I think there should have been wi-fi but I never got it to connect. It worked fine with a network cable so I didn't bother following up with the staff. It's located near the highway, probably 15 minutes from the airport (two toll booths, $0.75 and $1.00), less than that to Sea World and a couple minutes from the convention center but not walking distance. Overall much better than I expected and a great place if you're on a family vacation.

Best Western Plus Orlando was great!
I wish I had asked for the name of the two gentlemen who worked the the counter this past weekend. They were very helpful and always eager to help. My wife and I had a peaceful stay with great service. Although we were out most of the time, every minute at this hotel was pleasant. I only had one negative and that was that the shower needs a little more room to accommodate the shower door. when waiting for the hot water to emerge from the shower head.

Make sure you have a GPS to travel. There is a lot to see and you can get turned around pretty easily in Orlando.

Walk right to Sea World. No parking fees or waiting for any transportation to or from hotel, even though they do provide transportation to Sea World.

It Should Be Best Western "Minus", not Plus
I'd reserved a room with a Queen bed, and when I checked in two things were immediately obvious. The room was tine and the bed was closer in size to a double and certainly not a Queen. The hotel was sold out for the night, so the desk manager couldn't put me in a new room that night. But the next day they transferred me to a new room. The manager said they'd even measured the bed in the new room to make sure it was a full-size Queen. I packed up all my things and moved to the new room -- same mini-sized room and sub-size "Queen" bed. The "free" breakfast perfectly illustrates the old maxim that "you get what you pay for." Otherwise an okay place to say if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and understand that the rooms a very small and the beds undersized. (And I'm just 5'7" and 170 pounds. For a large person or a couple, the Queen bed would be very tine.)
