Week in Fla
Our family decided we needed to get to somewhere warm, after a LONG winter in Wisc. There were 8 of us in 3 rooms. Rooms were very nice but needed some minor repair, the staff took care of it pronto! I was disappointed with the food aspect, very overpriced, expecially in the store section. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Beds were comfortable which we needed after being on the go every day. Found that there was transportation after arriving which was a hugh help in getting to local attractions. This was the best part for me and my husband.

We found name restaurants about 2 blocks away and we could walk there. Also other shopping available with Walgreens close to buy things we forgot to pack.

nice But.........
We tried to check in early before we went to the park for the day but our room was not ready. we were able to check our bags, park the car and use the shuttle to the park before check in. once we came back around 9 pm service was fast and friendly, pool and hot tubs were nice. in the moning whne trying to get bording passes in the computer center, one pc was broken and the other would not print. It took over an hr to get my boarding passes printed out at the hotel desk. the staff was very nice just very frustrating.

Staff needs to check on rates of shuttle service. Location to all attractions we wanted was great. Room service left a little to be desired. Cost of snacks at snack store too high.

Overnight in Orlando
We were only at the hotel overnight. It was great for a place to relax and recharge before a long day at the parks.

If you are planning to visit any of the Universal attractions this location is wonderful. It saved time in a direct route so no traffic as well as a headache trying to remember roads and turns. You make a right out of the parking lot and 1.5 miles later you at the parking garage for Universal!

Better than expected
This hotel is within walking distance to Universal studios(1-2 miles).The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, but a little small for 2 adults and a child. There is a nice snack bar and restraunt in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Renovations?????
The hotel was in a great location! I ended up paying and extra $20 for a better room to just get a frig and microwave. I was only staying overnight with my son. I should have said the extra $$$ for other things like Universal and Islands of Adventure. Would more than likely stay again but get the cheaper room!!Oh and they said renovations had been done but the facet in the bathtub was so loose that it almost came out of the wall.One of the sinks drained so slow that I had to lift it with my finger to get the water out.

Just a day
The room was too warm when we went in. The A/C was too noisy and weak.It took about 4 hours just to feel cold air in the room. Called the front desk once and they sent staff.Second time that we let them know nobody came.
