IT WAS A NICE STAY AT THE HOTEL. UNFORTUNATELY, THE WEATHER WAS COLD, SO I COULD NOT USE THE POOL.

Bed Bugs
Woke up with 2 bed bugs. Staff was very nice. We left immediately. Did get a full refund. Vacation ruined what a waste of gas and theme park tickets.

Great Location
Went on a Girls weekend to Orlando - the location to Universal is great!! It is very close. It is also very close to the I-4 entrance, so getting to every other place in Kissimee was great. The hotel is average and since I got it at a Discount/Sale I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and the 7.95 Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The rooms could use a bit of a refresher, but overall, good.

ok-sort of.
You could tell there was recent renovations, which is good. Room was ok, but you could tell that there were details that were missed. I would have given it a 3, but there was mold in the air conditioner and that is just wrong. Staff was very nice.

okay for a night
the lobby looks updated but rooms were not although it did appear to be well kept as far as cleanliness. my boyfriend and I were there for just one night visiting for the Halloween attraction so it was only used for purposes as to shower and sleep.
