Clean but stinky

good location, close to Intl drive, room is small but ok. Nice staff. Very noisy AC.

It's very convenient if you're going to Disney or Universal. There are shuttles to Universal in the morning and evening so you save on parking, etc.

I came to Orlando for a reunion with friends, I stayed at the Best Western for one night and left the next day. Consequentially, I didn't require much, just a place to crash and relax after some merriment in town. In this regard, the hotel meets the bare requirements, but it doesn't offer too much else. The hotel is thoroughly average in appearance, but then again, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. During the 3 or 4 times I actually ran into a member of the staff during my brief stay, they were always very personable and welcoming, which was very pleasant. The hotel also had some nice amenities like a small restraunt and shop, but I did not have time to use them. The place shows its age; it needs some cosmetic work (a thing that isn't the staffs' fault) and could be cleaned a little bit better (a thing that is the staffs' fault). This is especially noticeable in the bathrooms. I was a little put off by the few channels the tv had. All in all, the staff was great, the appearance was lacking, the few ammenities offered were nice, and, though I could recommend it to someone who just plans to be in town for a night or two, I probably won't be back unless I get a room for a good price again.

Only problem first night air unit didn't work well. Also, double beds are very small. Great location to anything due to Hwy 4.

The room was nice but the bathroom was a little dirty when we got there. We also had problems getting hot water right away. The most annoying thing were the paint fumes when we first checked in (they were repainting the room next door) and then the next morning, quite early, workers started drilling and hammering in the room next door, on the wall that was shared with our bed.

Great location, near Universal Studios theme parks, only 5 minutes away. About 20 minutes away from Disney's theme parks. About 10 minutes away from Seaworld. Very good value in price. Staff was very nice. Room Cleanliness was good. Room itself looks average, might need to be updated and saw some small damage. The last 2 days there, no hot water, and the hotel couldn't fix the water heaters. We had to take cold water showers; not good!

hotel staff very helpful and friendly room could be cleanier. great location about 2 minutes from universal studios and premium outlets. overall our stay was great and we would consider coming back to this hotel...

The hotel itself was average. Clean, but maybe slightly thin walls so if your neighbor's tv was really loud you could hear it. But then again, I am just a college student looking for a great deal. We found it here. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was within walking distance of Universal so for someone not wanting to pay for parking or deal with shuttle schedules, it was amazing. For the price we paid, we got everything that was needed for a place to rest inbetween park hopping.
