Good price and location
Heated pool during that cold freeze was a bonus. That staff was great. Only negatives was a the Dixie cup coffee maker. Also, take the room service. Having breakfast in the bar is so so. Give is a 3 or 4 stars due to great job by the staff.

Can't beat the price and location
We stayed in Orlando for the Daytona 500... so we just needed a place to sleep and shower. We only paid $60 a night, and had it been warmer (nights were about 39 degrees) we could have walked to Universal Studios. It was about a 15 min. drive to Disney. The staff was nice, room was clean, and we didn't experience any problems. There was a microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, and FREE internet (Disney makes you pay). Overall, we were happy and would stay there again if the price was the same!!!!

Short walk from hotel
Universal Studios and the night life there is only a mile and a half walk from the hotel. On a warm, nice night... it would have been perfect!!! After 6pm they only charge $3 for parking at Universal- but this hotel is right there.

Good Value
Overall good value for the money. I was able to get 2 rooms for 4 nights for $500 through [...]. It is a quiet safe location about a mile from Univerasal Studios. We ate 1 meal at the hotel resturant & the food was good. I found nothing wrong with the hotel & would stay here again. There may not be anything super spectacular about it but it is safe, quiet, has an onsite resturant/bar, & is a good value for the money.

Nice location & rooms
Was in process of switching over & updating. The pool was nice and warm on a cool evening...hot tubs nice too. New TV's & rooms being updated. We'd stay there again - good value for the price we paid!

City Walk was fun - but wait until after 6:00 if you are going for dinner, parking in the parking garage drops from $14 (if I remember correctly) to $3 at that time. Just wait on the side by the Universal parking tolls with everyone else. Walgreens is close by too if you need to pick anything up!

comfortable and clean
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter. The hotel was right across the street from Wet-n-Wild, but we were there for Sea world/Discovery cove which were about a 10 miute drive away. They do have a shuttle for Sea world which saves the 12.00 parking fee, but I wanted to drive because the shuttle returns to the hotel at 6:00 and the park closes at 7:00. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were and pillows were super comfy, and the room was clean, clean, clean! We loved the heated pool too. The only complaint is that there were no towels at the pool. They also had two hot tubs that were separated from the pool area by a fence. I didn't use them, but they looked great. They also have a sundeck and a tennis court, which is probably why they charge a 3.50 a day resort fee. They have a restaurant, but they don't have alot of choices and the food is so-so. There's also a store/deli that has microwaveable foods and bakery items w/reasonable prices. International drive is very close with lots of restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly and family friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Location for everywhere
The hotel was very nice and very clean. Nice beds and very comfortable pillows. A huge pool. The best part was the jacuzzis. Overall was exactly at the location we needed to be at for rest of my vacation

Best Western/Universal
The common areas were all very clean and bright. The staff were very kind. Very convenient location for Wet & Wild and also Universal. Parking was the only real issue. The parking spaces were very narrow so some vehicles took up two spots and there were not enough spaces available.

Great Location to everything
We went to Universal and Islands of Adventure which we all had a great time. The location of the hotel to these places was great, about 5 minutes away. We also went to the outlet mall which was also very close. The room was bigger than we have had on previous trips for the price.
