Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Center

The Caribe was an excellent hotel. Not far from the parks at all. We had to switch our room assignment because it was musty however the staff was very accomadating and the room we ended up with was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. Food and drinks were a little pricey however we found the restaurant in the sister hotel (Buena Vista) had the best value for your money and the food was very good too. We spent the last day of our vacation by the pool which was awesome. Word to the wise...see what conventions are booked at the hotel. We ended with a TON of kids at night by the pool due to a convention. Free internet would have been nice. Adding more shuttles to the parks, not just Disney, would have been a huge convenience. Overall, we would probably stay there again, but rent a car with our next vacation package.

I just got back from a vacation in St. Pete Beach Fl. Every year we drive up to Orlando and go to a theme park. Usually we stay at a Disney hotel for a night but I saw Caribe Royale and was impressed with the reviews, the property and the price. I was a little worried because I new if it didn't work out I was going to get blamed for changing protocol. Well this hotel received a five star in every category from us. The property is beautiful The pool has a water slide that kids love. The fitness room is two stories and the best I have ever seen at a hotel that doesn't require an additional cost to use. Our room was very nice, with comfortable beds and a nice living area. The location is great b/c it is very close to Disney(they offer free shuttles to Disney Parks and Downtown Disney) and Sea World's parks. To end on I would like to give an example of the exemplary customer service you receive at this excellent hotel. Once we returned to St. Pete, my daughter realized she had left her favorite stuffed animal in the room. This stuffed animal has been her favorite since she was one so we were all pretty distraught to learn of our carelessness. My initial thought was we would never see it again but I'd try and call and see if there was any chance he could be rescued. I called the number off the website and within 3 minutes I was speaking to the most helpful lady who had Curious George and was taking my address down to have him shipped to us. Not only did this employee do all this, then she emailed me a picture of George next to the Fed Ex shipping label. This delighted my daughter. We will stay at this resort every time we are in Orlando.

Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view of Epcot. We didn't eat at the hotel at all, so I can't comment on the restaurants. We loved the pool, wished it were open just an hour later so that we could have soaked in the hot tub after a long day at theme parks. My only problems with our stay were minor: 1) Internet access was $10/day; not a problem for us, I just used my phone hotspot instead, but for a hotel of this caliber I would expect free wifi.. super 8 has it, why not the caribe royale? 2) Had to park unreasonably far away from our tower on one night, but the other nights were fine. 3) Valet parking (that we didn't use) was $16/night.. seems quite excessive IMO. 4) Buena Vista suites, which is literally next door and under the same ownership offers a free breakfast buffet. We fended for ourselves each morning, which was fine but again if the caribe royale is being billed as a luxury hotel, offering guests breakfast would go a long way.

Everything was great!! The staff was very informative and helpful, the rooms were spotless, the pool was beautiful and the hotel is in a great location. I would recommend to anyone.

On this travel agencies website, they offer the king suite, which states it has a whirlpool tub. While booking, I thought that's what I would get, because there were only three options. A double queen, a king, and a villa suite. However to get the larger king suite with the whirlpool tub, you must reserve a Deluxe King Suite, which this travel angencies website has no option to do so. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel, friendly staff, great pool, and close to International Drive. We had a good time there, and would definitely stay there again.

This was our 3rd stay here. It's been awhile but it was as nice as we remembered. Great location & a decent price. Friendly staff. The extra room of the suite was appreciated with a family of 4.

Great location, just minutes from all the parks. Pool was outstanding, kids loved it! Villa was perfect for family of 5, and great service. Only drawbacks were daily charge for WiFi was ridiculous and breakfast buffet at the hotel was not worth the price. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel had a beautiful pool which is accommodating for children and adults. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location for the parks, dining, and shopping. Hotel dining was decent. This is the second time I have stayed at Caribe Royal and I would definitely stay again!

We used this hotel as a place to stay for a couple of days before our cruise. The pool and waterslide are top notch. The kids had a ball just playing in the pool and waterslide area. We rented a cabana which was great for $25 a day- it included 6 bottles of water and free wi-fi for the day. it ensured we had a nice shady place to relax after coming out of the pool. I would actually consider this hotel for our next trip to WDW rather than staying on property.

Great location for Disney,Free shuttles a big plus, Rooms very comfy, loved the place, Will deffinetly return . Highly recommend this lovely resort
