Worse than expected
The rooms are kind of small, but I already had known this from reviews, and didn't mind. The second day, I came back to the hotel and found the room not serviced at all. I called the operator (it took three phone calls to get through), and they sent someone just one hour and a half later, at 9PM. The staff is unfriendly overall. They just seem very unhappy to be working; no smile, down tone voice. Just one lady who works at the travel arrangement window was friendly. The restroom does not have a fan, and it smelt weird from day 1. The door is not smooth and had to bang it harsh to close every single time. I would never go back.

hotel staff not friendly at all. did'nt have towels for the pool most of the time, noisey in morning around 6 am. sounded like someone pounding on pipes. lobby carpets in hotel lobby Tower I was very unclean and unkept. When I mentioned the above to check out clerk, she did'nt care at all. I would not recommend this place. There are so many other places in the area.

My Experience at Caribe Royale
Nice room...absolutely horrible service. Had 12 bags to bring into the hotel at midnight by myself while two hotel employees (one was a bellman!!) walk right by me and never offered to help. They didn't even say hello to me...just walked on by doing what they thought was more important I guess. It took me 15 minutes to get everything to my room. I called and told the front desk, but nobody called me back or asked me about my stay when I checked out. They just took my money and said thanks. If you are looking for a hotel with great service...this isn't it....

Just an
We are frequent visitors to Orlando and have stayed in several area hotels. However, for the 1 night we stayed at the Caribe Royale, the money could've definitely been better spent else where. Upon checking in, the lady at the front desk didn't seem too friendly, barely smiled and seemed as though it was a hassle to do her job. Once we got to our room, we noticed it wasn't properly cleaned. The refrigerator had snacks and half-used bottles of drinks. This prompted us to check the remainder of the room only to find dirty, unwashed glasses and the bed sheets with strands of hair in it. Although we were moved to a different room, we were still iffy about the cleanliness. It's highly unlikely that we will recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Mediocre stay at Caribe Royale
dont stay in Tower One if you like coffee in the morning from the coffee shop....I had to elevator down to main floor, walk to tower two..also, the "suite" has the bathroom in the bedroom, which is fine but if you are trying to be quiet the light switch for the bathroom is actually in the bedroom....

Not bad, but will NOT STAY HERE Again!
Overall, this hotel is just ok. We stayed for 7 nights in Tower 3. The amenities were not what I would expect from a 4 star rated hotel. The rooms were not cleaned to our liking, housekeeping did not replace the coffee, shampoo, or towels. Common sense would tell you that you should clear away the used shampoo bottles from the bathtub, make the "pull out" couch back into a sofa, and the rooms have no air circulation- thus leaving a musty smell in the air. Lastly, we did not enjoy the pool (the water was too cold), there was only one tennis court for four buildings worth of guests! The only thing that worked out well was the shuttle service to the parks and the free self parking, but that is still not enough for us to want to stay here again!

Rude Staff - front desk
Upon arrival staff was awefully rude, we reserved a suite thinking they had a balcony and that was not the case, the front desk staff was rude while explaining no suites had balconies - we wanted to upgrade to a king size bed instead of 2 queen beds but the staff was not able to help even we will be paying the upgrade difference - from the beginning the experience was not a good feeling - I will not stay again at this place - the hotel was clean but pretty updated - we will continue staying at The Peobody hotel instead -
